The owner is very friendly, brought fresh vegetables from the garden. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, salt, coffee, sugar, oil, etc.

This is a fabulous well maintained almost-new cottage in a scenic village about 5 km from Kobarid. We loved walking around the village. The only restaurant in town was closed on weeknights as we stayed in April. There is no grocery store. We drove back into Kobarid for a lovely meal.

Wonderful stay at Apartma Mataj. The little chalet was of recent refurbishment, spotless clean, and perfectly located in Dreznica. Calm, relaxing holiday home with a balcony of amazing views on the mountains, comfortable beds and functional kitchen. A 10 min drive on a good scenic road to Kobarid. Our hosts were extremely nice, discreet but at disposal for any request, and always available to indicate us local attractions, with useful tips about trails accessibility and difficulty. We were very warmly received, with a welcoming drink, and a basket of fresh home products. Highly recommended!

The apartman is in a little and calm village, it is brand new, well equiped and crystal clean. I loved the big balcony and sitting and eating outside or read my book, drink my coffee in the mornings or watch the stars in the night. From the balcony you can even see the amazing Krn mountain peak. The bed was really much comfortable and the air-condition was lifesaving in the exremly hot wheater. Jernej and Mateja are very kind people and hosts we got some fresh eggs and vegetables from their garden and even a little homemade gift. We felt us very familiar, almost like part of the family. If is situated in the middle of the Soca Valley, for us it was an ideal place to make excursions to the north and south part of the valley. Jernej gave us some prospects about surroundings of Dreznicsa which were very useful.
