Peaceful view over the rice paddies watching the wildlife. I expect it's even better in wet season with the rice growing. Only a short walk to the main town which has great restaurants and the only 7-eleven on the island. Stunning evening view from the top of the windmill. Free pickup from the pier was helpful too.

I had an outstanding stay at this property and I honestly cannot recommend it highly enough everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was very spacious spotless and extremely comfortable with fresh clean sheets and daily housekeeping done to a high standard. The air conditioning worked perfectly which made a huge difference and ensured a very pleasant stay. The private pool is a real highlight clean well-maintained and ideal for relaxing in complete privacy. It truly adds a luxury touch to the experience. Breakfast was abundant delicious, and varied with a wide selection of choices and the fact that it was served directly in the room made it even more enjoyable and convenient. Most importantly the staff were incredibly kind, attentive and professional. Their warm welcome and genuine care for guests really set this place apart. Without any hesitation this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I would return in a heartbeat and strongly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort cleanliness privacy and exceptional service.

Very nice room, big and clean, and the owner helped us with anything. He made coffee eventhough the Cafe shop was no open yet, helped with motorbike. We had rice paddy view, the room had a nice terrace

“Idyllic countryside setting in beautiful villas but still close to centre, shops and restaurants”

Beautiful setting on the gorgeous island of Koh Yao Noi. The villas were fantastic and exceptional value for money. Great location near the centre which you can walk to in less than 15 mins. Feels idyllic set in the countryside Very helpful and friendly staff too

“Slice of paradise”

The bed was so comfortable! And the view of the sunset and water buffalo on the rice paddles was absolutely breathtaking, would recommend!

Gardens were fabulous. Check in was great and a very warm welcome. They collected us from the pier free of charge and very promptly. Room was lovely and spacious. We loved the views out on the rice paddy fields. We rented a scooter for 250 baht for the day needed to explore the island.

“Stay here!”

I loved the place! The view is stunning, Riccardo was very friendly and told us a lot. It's so quiet at night. You do need a scooter to get around but we asked for that and it was allready there. When we came back they even folded our clothes (they didn't have to do that but it was a nice ad-onn haha). Would highly recommend this place if you want to hang out and relax.

About 1 km out of the “town” but you could be miles from any where. Amazingly peaceful. Magical view over the rice fields.

“Great facilities and lovely view”

Lovely trip. Bed and room was massive, great bathroom and a lovely terrace with a view outside. Air con was really powerful, and the owner was very friendly and helped us with a taxi and renting a scooter. Only negative was that we had lots of ants, door needed a better seal. But in Thailand, there are bugs everywhere

These villas are so cute. The villa with the Pool was my favourite - I don't usually go for pools but it was beautiful just to relax in the pool over looking the paddy fields. I was really impressed with check in as the son told me all about the island and offered me a map .He also let me try a scooter - which I was too dangerous on, so he arranged for a taxi to take me around the island and show me around - he had the patience of a saint. A really lovely spot to stay - its near the market - but would recommend a scooter .

Beautiful quiet island, which we wanted on the trip. The people there are amazing 🤩. Not much to do on the island but plenty of trips around. We enjoyed our stay so much. Comfy nice room and the surroundings of the place was just amazing

Everything was perfect from the room, the quiet place to the breakfast and the kindness of the staff I also liked the possibility to rent a scooter there
