“So much wasted potential”

Overrated property. Yes, the view is nice from the balcony but wear slippers as nails are exposed on the wooden flooring.

“Paradise!”

Probably our favourite place during our 5 weeks in Thailand!!! It exceeded our expectations and we were so surprised when we entered and saw the terrace at the back of the apartment where you can watch the sunset, we could have stayed for months! The rest of the apartment was lovely too, so spacious and comfortable, really friendly neighbours (the locals on the island are the friendliest we encountered during our trip), and some cute cats that greeted us every time we came back or left the apartment. We also rented a bike and communication with the owner was really easy. Absolutely loved this place!

“Wonderful quirky accommodation in quiet village location quiet”

The location was great. It was very easy to walk to the nearby shop and to some very nice restaurants nearby. Beaches were close by and many of them completely deserted. We tend to walk everywhere, although lots of people hire bikes. The owner was helpful and sorted out a really good trip on a long tail Boat and all our transfers, and even walked us down through the rainforest to a beautiful isolated beach. The island is not too touristy so the community that you live in feels unspoiled. The accommodation is on stilts at the back over the sea, which is tidal. Seeing Hornbills, monkeys, large monitor lizards etc.

- Loved the waterfront view. - Loved the handy facilities (fridge, kettle, induction stove top, toaster). - The place was spacious - The host was easy to communicate with and organised a bike for us to rent - Enjoyed the tranquility of the street - Enjoyed the truly authentic Thai houses around - The outdoor shower was surprisingly great - The deck faces the sunset which is special - TV is a smart TV so we could watch Netflix/Youtube - Good for people who don’t want to be in a busy area

“Perfection!!!”

Look no further this is the best place to stay on koh yao noi we had the best time here and Chewy was the perfect host!! We are already planning our return! The location is perfect, the views are stunning and the house is clean and spacious. Chewy helped us sort out every detail (scooter rental, contacted the local hospital for us, organised transfer to and from the pier) and went above and beyond to make our stay stress-free. We will look back on our stay here with very fond memories thanks to her :).

“Doesn't get much better than this - Clean Spacious Quiet Oceanfront Relaxation”

I don't really want to tell anyone how lovely it is to stay here because you'll all start booking it and cut down the availability for me! ha. In truth I couldn't have wished for a nicer place and location to stay. Thoroughly recommended.

Great location right on the seafront and best views of sunset! Very comfortable stay, everything you need and feels very homely. Very close to the gym pool which was a bonus.

“Beautiful sunset views, basic accommodation”

We enjoyed our stay here. There is a hot plate in the kitchen and basic utensils. The bedroom is very basic- no windows. No air con in the living room but there is a fan. Terrace/balcony is nice and beautiful sunset views but could do with some general maintenance - there is an old wasps nest hanging from the covered area and chairs are dirty. As for location, you need a bike to get anywhere and everywhere on this island which the hosts kindly set us up with on the first day of our stay. It is about a ten minute ride into the main town area and five minutes on bike to nearest bars/resaturants. Matt and Chewy were extremely helpful and responsive hosts.

This place just feels like home. We loved the sunset and it was nice to have AC in the bedroom so you can rest and cool down at night. Super nice hosts made sure we've got everything we needed during our stay.

The couple was so friendly and helpful setting us up with motor bikes, an amazing bar/gym/pool/sunset view just next door! Definitely would come here again!

“Peaceful relaxing with stunning views !”

It’s in a great location overlooking the sea where you can watch the sunset . It is clean bright and airy with an excellent aircon in the bedroom so we slept well every night … bed comfy too ! The views from the balcony where we sat every morning and evening are beautiful! The kitchen had everything we needed , fridge freezer kettle toaster and hot plate though we ate out all the time but handy if needed. We just got fresh fruit from along the road for breakfast., and beers / water for the fridge ! Matt the owner a lovely guy was always at hand if needed and really helpful with tips and information about the island and can organise scooters or trips if needed. A really lovely relaxing place to stay and would definitely return . Thank you .

The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Organised a scooter for me within 10 minutes of arriving,delivered to the door and a good price.Gave great advice on where to eat,and where not to,places to visit,ferries etc. The property is perfect,I extended my stay to 7days.Best I have slept whilst travelling Asia. Bed very comfortable,quality bedding.Excellent air conditioning and shower.Rear of the property is on stilts over the sea,lovely to sit out on the balcony with the incoming tide and watch the sunset. Well located in the island for,bars,restaurants and ferries all good options nearby. Netflix and other channels a bonus for an early relaxing night. Highly recommend staying here.

“Heaven on earth”

Everything! It was modern, private, beautiful & comfortable & in a great location

Gorgeous clean, newly renovated house right on the water line on the west of the island, perfect for watching sunsets on the deck out the back. You will need to rent a moped to see the island but the land lady arranged this for us as well as a kayak and taxi during our stay. There is a shop and some restaurants within walking distance. Really good internet and there is Netflix on the telly and you can log into prime video too if you have and account.

The place has just been renovated. It feels like a real home. You can definitely stay here for a few nights and explore the island. If you want, you can have a dip in the pool in the resort next door (5min walk). The balcony is huge, and you can enjoy the sunset perfectly from there. Checkin/out were quick and easy.
