Ok, so the location is fantastic. My bungalow No 4 had a fabulous view, it was spacious, comfortable & peaceful, clean, with quiet air con, fridge. The gardens were well looked after & the pool was great, with new conformable sunbeds. I would book again. It was easy to get taxis & motorbike hire. Because of bad reviews on booking.com, I nearly cancelled my stay, I am so glad I didn't & I'd definaty stay again.

The staff were lovely, especially the reception staff and the women who work in the Spa section. I stayed with my boyfriend, sister and her boyfriend and we all couldn’t recommend it enough! Pool was lovely, there are motorbikes to rent, a laundry service and it is right on a lovely part of the bay.

The location was fantastic! We loved Kantiang bay. If you want to avoid the crowds, this is the place. Natural beach and so close to the cute village with taxi and 7 eleven plus some great local restaurants ( Zareenas was our favorite, we went back several times ). Aqua bar is right next door with lovely views and friendly staff. The view from no. 4 is sensational and the sea breeze keeps you cool! The room is nice, comfy bed, good bathroom. Staff were friendly, English is a little limited but we managed to communicate most of the time :-)

For reference - reviewed by a mid-30's/early 40's middle class Canadian couple looking for a quiet/comfortable stay with access to some island amenities. Location and staff were incredible. The beach was much less crowded compared to others a little more North on the island, but still had a variety of walk-up amenities. The staff were also very happy to help make travel/transfer/rental arrangements. Great food options in the area. Waking up with a mountain view was amazing, along with the beach view from the patio. The pool was great to cool off if you needed it. As a quiet way-point to explore the island, 9/10.

The location is great with access to the bay and why not bar. The room was big and well laid out, good AC and a nice outdoor seating area.
