The food was great in general. The views amazing, the staff friendly. It was lovely to just hang out there. A great spot on the beach, one of the best in the bay for swimming.

“Nice relax for a week.”

Property has a lovely garden where we saw a flying Lemar swoop in and several hornbills. Staff, restaurant and happy hour on the beach was amazing.

“Beatiful, charming place to stay on Koh Phayam”

I absolutely loved my stay at Baan Suan Kayoo 2! I must start by saying how kind and friendly the staff were; it felt like they truly cared about my experience as a guest. The location could not have been better; right on Ao Khao Kwai beach – the best beach on Koh Phayam in my opinion. The bungalow was cosy and nicely decorated with a decent amount of privacy. This place felt like a perfectly relaxing retreat.

We liked the location. It was very quiet and relaxing. The bungalow we stayed in was brand new, large, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and the food and drinks at the restaurant was just delicious and reasonably priced too.

Amazing stay – absolutely perfect! It was absolutely beautiful staying here. The location is unbeatable, and the accommodation itself is fantastic, especially the stunning view. “exceptional accomodation with children”

It´s the second time we stay at this accomodation. First 2 years ago, and this time with our 1 year baby. The staff is super nice with all people, also with kids. Children can play free and safe on the surroundings. The food at their restaurant is very good. They have play children area. The beach is peaceful. Keep on mind almost all the bathrooms in Thailand have stairs to get in.

The beautiful of the thing is that you are very close to the sea. Nice to be on the front! Also the best location for swimming any time in the day (tide effect). The food served in the restaurant well done Thai tasty dishes! Beautiful and smiley personnel!

We loved everything, an exceptional site, adorable personnel, amazing sunsets, food, and cabins. Rustic but perfect. Waking up to to the sounds of the jungle, early morning swims. Thank you to everyone who works there 🙏🙏🙏

“Relaxing stay, away from crowds”

Bungalows are simple but cozy. Mattresses could be better. Beach is pristine, calm and it is right in front of the common area with sunbeds, small covered decks with cushions for guests: very relaxing. Food is correct though portions are small. Staff is very helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful spot right on the beach. Bungalows are big and clean and comfortable. All the staff go above and beyond for you. Happy smiling all the time. Lots of nice spots to sit and watch sunset and have some amazing food. beautifully decorated with love. Close to some bars and restaurants.

“Amazing beachfront location, delicious food, wonderful staff”

Amazing location directly on a beautiful, quiet beach. Cozy atmosphere with delicious restaurant offering fresh fruit shakes and a huge food menu. Wonderful, warm and helpful staff. We were so comfortable in this accommodation that we didn't leave the area for the whole 5 days we were there!

Simple bungalows, but we had everything we needed, bed was very comfy… loved it there! We booked it for few days, but ended up 3 weeks staying there😊
