“Best stay in Thailand”

Staff are fantastic. After I lost my phone they went above and beyond to help my get it back. Very clean definitely booking again next year

Spacious room and comfy bed. Good a/c. Hotel restaurant food was good and prices reasonable, except breakfast. Restaurant has a good rooftop terrace, from where you can see the sunset. Nearest restaurants are about 700 meters away. You can hire scooter or golfcart from the hotel.

“Beautiful beachfront stay with wonderful staff”

We spent 3 nights in a beachfront villa with a sunroof terrace at White Sand Beach Resort Koh Mak and loved the peaceful west‑coast location. The staff were fantastic — especially Nat, who was amazing and made our stay feel extra special. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and loved watching the sunset from the rooftop bar. Our villa was spacious and had everything we needed, and hiring a scooter directly from the resort was very easy. The accommodation is starting to look a little tired and would benefit from some updating. Also, while the resort’s private beach was very clean, the public beaches to the right had quite a lot of rubbish, which was sad to see. Overall, a lovely stay with great staff, beautiful views, and a perfect beachfront setting.

“Views to die for!”

I liked the position of our beach front villa the view was amazing. Having breakfast on the restaurant terrace over looking the sea was so nice in the mornings.

“Paradise hotel in Koh Mak”

Absolutely everything !! The staff friendliness and professionalism. The bungalows are very nice. We spent 3 wonderful nights there and were very sad to leave. Great breakfast, golf cart or scooter to rent, rooftop bar with amazing sunset view. Modern gym access, ideal beach, massages.

“Pure perfection.”

Pure perfection, very calm atmosphere, nice staff, close to good caffees and to every corner of then island. Definitely to repeat ❤️ Room number 8 was big. Close to the pool and gym. Bike rental - they have new bicycles from Decathlon to rent, SUP for free, daily tropical fruits for free at the bar. Nice massages close to the beach - recomend massage at 5pm with sunset.

Lovely spacious rooms… Roof terrace excellent… Staff attentive friendly & helpful… couldn’t do enough to make our stay more comfortable… lovely little touches like fruit in the afternoon… nice little restaurants around managed to eat in 4 different places in the evening & the food was delicious…

The location was very pretty but not much of a beach. The room was huge, very clean and well looked after. We loved the roof top! The staff have to get 100% gold stars for their smiles, kindness, concern and consideration. If you asked you got and more! Thank you you were amazing!

Beautiful location, amazing food, very spacious, comfortable and beautiful bungalows. Great massages. Extremely friendly, accommodating and service oriented staff. Service and help like you were in a 5 star hotel. Hopefully we will be back some day!

The staff were so kind and friendly, I didn't ask for much but they always exceeded the hospitality standard. Had an amazing time at the resort, everything is so clean, the location is perfect its not too far off from the center. Perfect experience, loved every second of it. Definitely coming back again!

The property is located on a beautiful stretch of beach with the most breath taking sunsets. The staff are so friendly and professional, they couldn’t do enough for us. Our villa was first class, we stayed here last year and there have been upgrades in the room since then which is lovely to see. Would highly recommend and will be back this year!
