Hidden beach is a real Hidden secret worth finding. Lovely comfortable bungalows, a stunning beach, free Kayaks to explore surrounding islands, the food on offer is outstanding. A very chill vibe. Jake, Sue and staff make it feel like a home away from home.

Rooms look out over water. Very relaxed spot with hammocks and kayaks available. Kitchen able to make up food and drinks when requested. If you like quiet, this is the spot for you.

Lovely, very new bungalows. Comfy beds. Good AC, all new. Very very nice staff. Very helpful and friendly. The beach is small but lovely.

Beautiful views from the rooms. It was very peaceful and the rooms were very clean! For us, it was a great location, just a little out of town. A nice 25 minute walk into town or an easy scooter ride.

Everything. The view, the island and especially the people. Sue is the best chef on the island! Her food is a must try! I loved all of the staff. Very friendly and supportive people. I also love the fact this place is thai owend!

The location and the sea view are the best! You can rent a kayak an a motorbike. Motorbikes are brand new.

Jake and the team created the best atmosphere, super relaxed and welcoming. Sue cooks amazing Thai food and the location is insanely good!

“Comfortable place in Koh Mak”

Hidden Beach is somewhat more remote, as the name implies, but close to the main road with most of the restaurants, quick to reach with a scooter, which one can rent from Hidden Beach directly. We had great weather, so the location was perfect, and as I learned the west side of the island is much less windy than the east side in November - makes a massive difference! The bed is very comfortable and the AC is strong. The view from the room is magnificent, with a small wooden balcony. All the staff including Jake were helpful especially to arrange a taxi etc. Overall a very relaxed vibe and not the big resort feeling. There is a massive issue with trash floating up on to the shore, but thankfully in November it did not seem to be an issue. As the island is so small, one can also go to other bigger beaches for beach days if desired.
