“Absolute heaven”

The views, authentic property but still clean and modern. We stayed with my 12 year old and husband for 10 nights. The property was amazing. Our villa 16 was very private and stunning views that I’ll never forget. The hotel restaurant who’s the best on the island for the views and the food. We eat out every night all over the island apart from 2 nights that were at the hotel. Breakfast to the room every day. Snorkelling and kayaks for free everyday as well. They have a small private beach which is stunning but not always loads of sun or tide but great to go for a swim it’s clean. Good location I think it’s the more up market and clean side of the island. You can walk along the beach to lots of different lunch restaurants , bars , swimming pools, massages on the beach and reach the end of the island where the sunset it and zodiac bar to finish off. It’s doesn’t take long to walk round the whole island. You can walk to walking street in a few minutes with 7/11 and other shops and bars and nightclubs and if you can’t be bothered to walk home you can get a tuk tuk for 150 baht. Massages are 300-400 baht! Also there is a couple of places for yoga on the beach. The staff were all really lovely.

The staff were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast selection. Free water and coffee in room. Views are amazing. Unique accommodation. Free SUP, kayak and snorkelling equipment.

The most amazing views! The breakfast served at your room was a nice touch. The staff are so kind and lovely! The mosquito net was good over the bed.

Absolutely beautiful location and views. Staff were so polite and we were so well looked after. Staff met us at immigration to take us to the hotel and Aum checked us in in our room, which was such a nice touch after a long journey. We were on our honeymoon so Aum upgraded us and we were so happy with the infinity pool and the view from our room. It really was an absolute tonic for the soul! We also loved that you could rent kayaks and snorkels.

Amazing location, most beautiful beach (in my opinion the best on island), you can rent a cayak for free and visit small island which is really perfect spot for snorkelig. Spacious room and terrace with gorgeous view. Breakfast was also perfect.

- The best beach on Koh Lipe - small, but very romantic. - The beach has no boats, which is almost unique on the island. - Some snorkeling right from the hotel - Hotel provides free kayaks - Ideal view from a room - Perfect room terrace - Very green territory - Nice friendly staff, really helped us with canceling an additional tour - Overall everything outside the room is perfect (except probably a lot of stairs, but for us it is fine)

I loved the view from the pool and the breakfast was amazing! you have a floatie in your room so you can always do a floating breakfast. the staff was very friendly and the location was great.
