“Perfect location”

I have stayed 4 hotels and resorts in Lipe and I have to say this is my favorite. Location: right next to 7/11 and just 5 minutes walk to sunrise beach. It’s quite clean and I didn’t see a single insect during my stay here, which is really important to me. When I stayed at other hotels/resorts, they were tooooo ‘wild’ for me with all those big insects. The staff - receptionist was super sweet and also the owner was quite nice and helpful. They were literally helping me for everything - best service! I would definitely stay here again next time.

Staff is good location good

The location is fantastic, right in the Center, yet surprisingly quiet. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff came by daily to tidy up and provide bottles of water. The air conditioning also worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff came to pick me up at the pier when I arrived, all included as part of their services.

A central location on the island which was good. But still quiet

Comfortable and clean unit, great aircon. Good location, 5 minute walk to sunrise beach & one minute walk to Walking Street. 7/11 one minute away. Staff were great, pick up and drop off by staff was very handy.

Very friendly staff. Close to beaches and Walking Street. Quiet. Pick up and drop off at ferry terminal. Good breakfast Would stay there again.

Staff was friendly and the room was nice and big. They do cleaning every day that's nice.

I had a message the day before and was asked what boat I was turning up on I never thought I was someone would be meet you at the beach to take me to the hotel and after when I was leaving, they asked where I was going and the same man so it makes my next hotel on the island which I thought was absolutely fantastic

Great location Great happy staff so helpful. Great rooms quiet and clean . Great little deck to chill on. I highly recommend this place. I wish I could have extended our stay😔 I would return in a heart beat .

“Lady travelling alone”

Nice, central location. 2 minutes from 7-11 and walking street. I injured my foot, and the staff were really kind and helpful. Lisa, the receptionist, was amazing. I was travelling alone, and she kept coming to check on me, making sure I had everything I needed.

“Excellent location, friendly staff and comfortable, clean accommodation”

The staff were very helpful and collected us from the ferry terminal and took us to our next hotel. The room was great, the beds comfortable and was quiet bearing in mind the busy location. It is located closer to Sunrise beach but Pattaya beach is not much further. Our room rate didn't include breakfast but as residents we enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast for just 200 Baht each.

“Wonderful receptionist and good hotel overall”

Good location, the staff contacted us before we arrived via WhatsApp and offered to pick us up from the pier. They also dropped us back to the pier- at no extra charge. It was a large room with a large bed. Perfect location, even though the street was loud during the day it did not affect us and was quiet in the night. A special thank you to the receptionist (who we did not get the name of), she was so lovely.
