The entire staff was very friendly, especially woman working in the reception and a woman in the beach bar restaurant. I am allergic to nuts and the hotel staff went extra mile in ensuring I could eat Thai food without getting a reaction. The hotel room was huge and clean and decorated nicely. The next time I visit Koh Lipe, I will stay here.

“Mali worth the Trip 😁”

The Mali staff is amazing and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and stocked everyday. The pool was perfect. There are kayaks and paddle boards for free. We did three days of snorkeling just kayaking to nearby islands

The room was a good size, nicely decorated and the window seat looking out onto the garden a delight. Bathroom was huge and the shower had lots of hot water. The figure of 8 shaped pool was beautiful, lots of greenery to give shade and lovely statues to make it interesting. Beach cafe served great cocktails (we had a lot of lychee martinis!) we ate dinner there and enjoyed tasty Thai food and - the inclusive breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly. The beds were super comfortable.

“The best choice at Koh Lipe for families”

Absolutely love the green and lush garden. The spacious room where we can stay very comfortably with 5 persons. The service from Koi is outstanding, she is a gem. Also the other staff are super friendly. Breakfast is good with enough variety. We absolutely love the vibe at Mali Sunrise resort. Stayed for the third time, this time 11 nights and still want to stay longer haha. Hope to visit again next year! Also really like the beach on this side. And for the divers… the best Dive school from Koh Lipe is just a few meters away: Castaway Divers.

“Paradise”

Mali Sunrise is a fantastic place to stay in Koh Lipe. Perfect spot on the beach for swimming. Pool and grounds are lovely. Very comfortable room. Helpful staff who can arrange boat trips to snorkel. The food is fantastic. Generous à la carte breakfast. Most areas are walking distance from Mali Sunrise. If you stay here make sure you wake to watch the spectacular sunrise from the beach. Pickup and drop off at jetty is included.

Beautiful beach, with guest use of kayaks, snorkels and SUPs. Friendly staff. Delicious food at beach side bar.

“A lovely resort, with a nice pool.”

The location was great. Far enough from the crowds of people, but close enough to walk to restaurants. The pool is great, with a large number of sun lounges. It would be great if the pool water was a little cooler, but I understand that is not within their control. The beach at the front of the resort had crystal clear water. The room was large and well equipped.

Everything was amazing and exactly what you want from a resort. The room was spacious with beautiful traditional decor, the beds were comfortable, the staff so friendly, the gardens tropical. You could use the kayaks for free and paddle to very close islands for great snorkelling, ferry pick up and drop off included. Good breakfast included too, staff so friendly, and fantastic location.
