Perfect Location & Great Service! The location is ideal—situated right at the entrance of Walking Street. Since Koh Lipe is a small island, you can reach almost anywhere within 10 minutes. The beach is just at the end of the street, less than a 5-minute walk away. The room was lovely and spotless. It comes with all the essential facilities, including a hairdryer andhanging space for wet clothes outside. The staff were incredibly helpful; I’m not sure if the gentleman who assisted me was the owner, but he provided a lot of useful local tips. The AC worked perfectly, and the water pressure was excellent—perfect for a refreshing shower after a long day at the beach.

Absolutely loved it here. Right in Walking Street, cant ask for better location. Great Staff at reception. Big room, bed and facilities were good. Will definitely stay here again 😊

“Great for a short stay on Lipe.”

Clean. Located in walking street but quiet in our room. We had a small balcony. We spent a few days on Lipe and stayed at Lipe Inn on our last night. Island is very small, accommodation is walkable to everywhere. So if you want to see sunrise only 10 min walk to beach.

Great location, comfortable, quiet. Walking distance to beaches, on Koh Lipe walking street so close to most restaurants and shops. Room was good value for money, and host was friendly, we decided to add on another night as soon as we got there.

“Paradise Lipe”

The location is very good because the island is big, but not too big. The hotel is on the main street and close to the beach, so you can walk everywhere easily. The place was very clean. The hot water in the shower did not work, but we did not really need it, so it was not a big problem for us. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The room has a shared balcony, and there is another building very close in front, so there is not much airflow. The man in charge of the building was very kind and always available during our stay. One important thing to know: we booked the room on Booking, but the payment is made at the property.

Rooms are spacious and clean. The location is right in the middle of walking street. The rooms are down the side so still nice and quiet at night. Reception man is really friendly and helpful, sorry my friend i forgot your name 😊

Location is right in center of the island and quiet. My 2nd time staying. Everything was working perfectly- WiFi/ AC / hot water. The staff is friendly. Would recommend

“The Centre of Ko Lipe”

If you do not want to be on the beach then this has an excellent location in the centre of Ko Lipe. The Lipe Inn is well run and very clean. Better rooms have a private balcony. The rooms are large with good lighting, good WiFi and a supply of hot water and good air conditioning.
