This hotel has a stunning location right next to a coral reef, creating a truly unique atmosphere. The mornings start with an excellent breakfast served practically on the beach, accompanied by beautiful ocean views. There are plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the day. Guests can use complimentary kayaks and snorkeling equipment, and the hotel also offers a well-equipped gym and a wonderful spa for relaxation. A special highlight is the Saturday fish picnic, which replaces the regular dinner. The delicious food, relaxed atmosphere, and beachfront setting make it a memorable stay.

“Great resort to relax and enjoy Koh Lipe”

Great resort at the end of sunrise beach. Plenty of sunbeds available and nice pool. Breakfast was really good. Our room was perfect with comfortable bed and air conditioning. Loved the bathroom too and the general decor of the room. Staffing were helpful and friendly.

The staff were amazing. So nice and so helpful. The beach is great and the snorkelling straight off the beach is amazing. The location is great. It’s nice a quiet on the beach but walking distance to the main shopping and bar / restaurant areas.

Lovely modern hotel, fabulous room including the bathroom. There was a smart Tv which is always a plus. The breakfast was great with loads of variety. The gym was amazing with three different floors! Definitely recommend this hotel, the staff were also very friendly and helpful! You can arrange collection from the pier upon arrival.

We received a warm welcome at the hotel after buggy transport from our arrival at the beach. Great food in the restaurant and great breakfast selection. The room had a large and powerful aircondition, so it did not bother us that we couldn’t leave this running when we were out of the room. Bathroom was a good size, although we didn’t use the outdoor shower much. The location is somewhat secluded but the hotel offers a buggy service into the busy walking street, its also not too problematic to walk across the island on your own at night, and it’s nice to walk around the island on the beach in the afternoon during low tide.

The location was very nice and the room facilities were good. The restaurant, bar, sunbeds and staff were excellent.

Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend! Lots of options for breakfast and a free shuttle to “walking street”.

Very disappointing experience. We stayed 6 nights at this hotel expecting a relaxing and high-quality stay, but unfortunately it was far from that. The main issue started with the laundry service. Several of my clothes were damaged: - T-shirts shrunk and became unwearable - Some items came back with permanent blue stains Calling the laundry “free” after damaging personal belongings is not a commercial gesture — it is simply the minimum. The hotel offered us a room upgrade as compensation, but even the Junior Suite had serious issues: - Insects in the room - Bathtub not working properly - Black particles coming out of the bathtub, making it unusable Overall, this stay did not meet the standards expected for the price paid. Despite raising these issues, no real compensation was offered. I do not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

We came from another apartment early the hotel let us go to our room 5 hours early. Nothing was too much trouble.

Location - quiet end of Sunrise Beach but still convenient Inside the room was pleasant, though not memorable Staff - mainly helpful. Particular mention of the older gentleman supervising the restaurant by the beach and the lady managing the equipment rental area Breakfast - buffet was good. Fresh and varied

beach is excellent, clean and also very nice white sand, adjacent to the restaurant with pool bar which was beautiful. Landscaping is perfectly done and te location is clean and well kept.
