Our bungalow was only 3 min walk to beach, lovely veranda for chilling with hammock. Room was basic but comfortable with air con & fan, fridge, large bathroom, safe, kettle etc. Cleaned to good standard every day. Peaceful & relaxing stay. Staff helpful when asked anything.

“Dissapointing”

Unfortunately, our stay at these bungalows in Koh Lipe was very disappointing. The main issue was the attitude of the receptionist, who was consistently unfriendly and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome from the beginning. Throughout the property there are signs everywhere listing penalties and fines for guests — for stained bedsheets, broken items, etc. The tone and design of these signs are in very poor taste and create a hostile atmosphere, as if guests are expected to misbehave. It’s not the kind of environment you expect when you’re on holiday. Another very strange and unpleasant surprise (especially in Asia) was being charged to refill drinking water. This felt petty and unnecessary. We also rented bicycles from the hotel, which were in very poor condition. Even though we returned them almost immediately due to safety concerns, we were still charged for the full day. To make things worse, we had a serious issue with the laundry service: some of our clothes were stained/dyed during washing, and despite this, we were still charged for the service, with no apology or compensation offered. The only real positive point is the location. The hotel is about 150 meters from the beach, which is great. However, to get there you have to cross a street with stagnant fish water and rats, which is far from pleasant. Overall, the location cannot compensate for the poor service, lack of hospitality, and unfair policies. We would not stay here again.

It was a nice place but way over priced probably because it was Christmas paid 2300 a night I'd expect 700 with all the creepy crawlies that joined u lol doubt i go back not just to the hotel the island it's been. Ruined since I was there 7 years ago

Nice location, about 3 minutes walk to the beach, with Walking Street a further 3 minutes away! Rooms are spotless, the fan room I had felt stuffy at times so I'd go for an air conditioned room next time! The staff and family are very good
