It was directly on Pattaya beach, very close to immigration and nearby Walking Street. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with snacks and drinks provided. Guests could also use beach towels and mats provided by the resort for free. Hot water was available and the air conditioning worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful.

“Great location and basic little hut”

We stayed here for 6 nights and loved Koh lipe. The location of this hotel is perfect - a 10s walk from where the ferry drops you off and just around the corner from the walking street. Couldn’t fault the location!! Our room was located a bit further from the beach so luckily it wasn’t super loud from the boats and bars but I imagine the rooms nearer the sea would be very loud. The rooms themselves are very basic and small. The bed was big and comfy. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful and they provide beach towels, mats and umbrellas free of charge which is a great touch!! Overall this stay was convenient and served us well but not luxurious and the huts could do with a bit of a refresh!!

“Good place”

The place is directly on the beach. From the terrace you can consume your own breakfast or meal with a beautiful view. The place was very clean and the staff was extremely courteous with us. Courtesy towel and toys for kids were available at the reception and water provided daily in the room.

The staff were the highlight, welcomed us kindly. There’s a great terrace you can use overlooking the sea. We were a bit worried about the loud bar next door, but we slept well in a bungalow further from the beach.

Great location for walking street, pier and all the beaches. Large room with very comfortable bed, good aircon and hot shower (although pressure wasn't great). Staff were so friendly and helpful! Nothing was too much trouble!
