Such a beautiful property!! Mr Nice and team were so kind and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us! Taxis were very cheap to the town and the location was stunning. A private beach awaited us just down the steps! A slice of paradise, wish we stayed longer!

It was perfect for a little honey moon in paradise. The villa was really confortable, clean, with a beautiful view on the sea from the bed. You can go on the beach easly. We were also able to order food and drinks with the helpfull staff. We will come back for sure !

An amazing home for a family group on Koh Lipe. Particularly enjoyed the private beach. While a little out from walking street/town centre, it can be easily accessed with the motorcycle taxis. Highly recommend.

This is the MOST beautiful location on Earth. The facilities are 5 star, the views are 5 star and the host’s response to all requests. We will return.

The walk down to the beach is steep but the privacy is wonderful and the neighbouring hotel will provide snorkels and other rental water things if you want. We enjoyed being far from the chaos of the Main Street. It’s about a 20 minute walk or 50 BHT per person for a taxi which is great.

We were looking for a private place which is not that much affected by tourists. The right place to be is cashewnut cove. The private beaches are amazing and the nature around let you forget that you are on a crowded island. Restaurants around and easy short walks to the main beaches like Pattaya beach. Coming back for sure

A beautiful location, the best - overlooking the strait between Koh Lipe and the National Park, views of the sunset on a lovely beach that is virtually private. Views of the sea from the house balconies. The house is really comfortable, everything worked.
