Location was good as it’s located on sunset beach but there is a massive garbage barge so it smells like garbage down at the beach.

“Worst hotel în all Thailand”

We had queen room , a big room but because of the smell you can’t open the window . You can’t eat or stay at the beach . We had to leave 3 days early . I don’t recomand to anyoane.

Everything was great, more quiet part of island but still very close to everything. Accommodation was better than expected, very spectacular views to the beach & ocean.

I was a tad worried before staying here - from the varied reviews. But the staff seemed quite nice and the views are stunning here. I had an amazing view from my shower/Toilet - the best view I have ever had from a shower. The beach itself isn't the best beach on the island in my opinion, but the hotel have made the beach area really nice with hammocks, Lights, swinging chairs and loungers. I didn't try the breakfast but the food seemed Nice enough.

without a doubt the most outstanding view and amazing beach with probably the best snorkelling on Koh Lipe. Free drinking water dispensers throughout

“Lovely hotel!”

The property was spotless and the staff were really lovely. They ran a cheaper Tuk tuk service to the walking street from the hotel too (Cheese was great). The grounds were also lovely with fish ponds too.
