Very close to everything you needed

The staff working here are great including check in, bag handlers, and breakfast staff. The location is perfect being on walking street. The hotel had a complimentary tuk tuk waiting at the boat pier, without needing prior booking. Breakfast was great and the staff here were lovely. Rooms were always clean.

Staff were super friendly and very helpful! Ideal location - right in the middle of walking street so perfect for whatever you fancy doing. 7/11 2 minute walk. Sunset beach 10 minute moderate walk, sunrise beach also a 10 minute flat walk. Plenty of food options near by. Also only 10 mins walk to the pier so nice and easy when you’re getting to and from the island.

Close to everything. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The manager had good recommendations for everything I asked. The place was very clean and there was complimentary water in the room. Also complimentary transportation to/from the pier.

Cleanliness: the room was exceptionally clean and although the bathroom feels a bit old and in need of a renovation, it was so clean that it made me feel comfortable and forget about the looks. Location: very central, right in the middle of the Walking Street, next to two supermarkets, and close to all the beaches. Breakfast: many options and very tasty! Staff: very friendly and helpful!

Great location in the middle of this very small island, so close to everything. Shop downstairs and restaurants all around but still not noisy at night.

Clean, location, comfortable beds and wonderful friendly staff. It was very hard finding a good budget friendly place in Koh Lipe but so glad we picked here. I chose the twin bedded option (to sleep better) only the double rooms with balcony would have been better option for future reference!

Our room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shower worked very well as did the Wifi. The breakfast was very good - we could choose from different options where everybody should find something (they even had Müsli, which was great). The hotel is basically above a supermarket (run by the same people) which is super convenient if you just want to grab a bottle of water or one of their yummy home made banana cakes. And it's not far to the beaches either. Also give their restaurant a chance: the food is great and with their discount for guests it's just a great deal. Would absolutely stay there again.

The room was clean with all amenities. Hotel is near main blue road, around 10 min walk to Sunrise beach.

“Scammers”

Nobody made me sign anything for the checkout and therefore i didn't get my deposit back. When i asked for it, someone had faked my signature, first they said i had already signed and then that another guest had signed in my place

Centric location right on the walking street. Bed was comfortable. The staff were professonal and caring, we reported the bathroom fan not working they fixed it on the spot.
