I like the staff of the hotel, she love to smile to guest with heartfelt , the room it's ok, clean but smelling like a toilet room

Was very relaxing, breakfast was nice and the rooms were comfortable. I will come again.

Friendly helpful staff, the young lady at reception was really nice, spoke good English and helped with everything myself and my family needed. Room was nice and cleane

We extended our visit. The budget rooms are really small and fortunately we were able to change our reservation. The breakfast was good and had multiple choices. The hotel has amazing garden and tasty baked goods. First we came for 4 nights, but stayed for a week. The island is beautiful and the beaches are clean.

New renovated rooms. Quite surroundings, but close to the center of Na Baan village. Sufficient good breakfast buffet.

Convenient and close to main beach

The room are decent, breakfast good, toilet & shower are very dirty and the shower have not hot water and almost doesn’t work,

Clean rooms, shuttle to pier and taxi service to beach in low season time a good option to have. Excellent breakfast, fairly quiet location.

The room was large, the beds and pillows were soft and comfortable, breakfast was good and everything you needed in the room was supplied

“Ok for a short stay”

As with most properties on the island, it’s pretty centrally located, but you’ll need to be prepared to walk on poorly maintained or very narrow roads, or hire a scooter, to get around. Breakfast had a good variety but was the same every day, so fine for a weekend break but you’d soon get fed up with the same stuff. I did try to purchase coffee from the coffee bar one afternoon but was told they’d already closed when the sign outside said they were open for another couple of hours, which was a shame. No kettle in the room so unable to make a hot drink myself and there’s quite an array of rules to follow regarding food in the room. Unfortunately I was poorly the day after I arrived and I had to spend the day in bed and in which time I got bitten considerably. I later found little black bugs in the bed along with with pretty long black hairs (mine is short and red) so I’m not convinced the bed was the cleanest. Overall it’s ok, price is about the same of other similar properties but there’s nothing that really makes it stand out from others
