We booked the Samanta on the hill because we had stayed there on 3 previous occasions. It isn't the cheapest but we we liked it. It seems a lot can change in 6 months. Sadly we won't book there again.

“Nice clean hotel, but it would appreciate a little bit more customer and room service.”
Place nearby city, but on the hill. It was nice we could borrow scooter from nearby hotel (500 B for 2 days). The room basic equipment and provided breakfast. Place was really clean compared to other hotels around.
