Bathroom was nothing like pictured in the ad rubbish outside the front of the room on the path

The breakfast was good a little buffet but everything that you need was avilable and very clean set up ,no complaints whatever i enjoyed my breakfast every morning

Every room is like a private villa. The room is nice, spacious and sparkling clean. The bed and bedding are comfortable. Nice touch on the private outdoor water pipe that washes the sand off your feet before entering the room. There is also room in front of every villa to park their motorbike

Great place for short stay, would hook again

Perfect for the 3 nights and was very close to many shops, restaurants and could even rent a bike which was perfect. Would recommend this one if you are solo or couple and want to have fun in ko larn

“Good location and nice staff”

Good location, friendly staff and not too far from the pier. Comfortable room and bed. They Can drive and pick up by the pier if you are heavy luggaged, with their golf car. Has a few nice (Instagram friendly) café’s and restaurants nearby. But you are here for some of the nice beaches, get a scooter and drive carefully.

“Quiet place”

Clean and comfortable bed. Not far from port 10 minute walk. Shuttle back to port when leaving. Quiet area. Close to Sunset restaurant. Restaurant across the road was a good place for a drink on the roof top bar. Pig watching fun, Nice room with partial sea view< would have been terrible to be facing the courtyard, no breeze.

The room was cute and clean, the staff was nice, the possibility to rent a scooter was very nice (300 baht per day).

The room was clean and big, has all the basic equipment, TV, small refrigerator, hair dryer, kettle, wifi Tthe owner is too polite, smiling, kind and very helpful, the terrace is nice and relaxing Motorbike can be rented from the house, owner is getting/returning you form the pier with a golf car

Accommodation in relation to price quality probably fine. Room was large, terrace, clean.

Everything was good: the location, breakfast, the view from the room to the sea, beautiful territory. Personnel were friendly, but not very good in English. But we managed to communicate.
