“Perfect & Picturesque!”

I was hesitant to book after reading the negative reviews. But after staying at the property for three nights, I am quite certain that if I visit Koh Larn again, I will definitely stay at this picturesque property! We booked the sea facing room and it was sight to behold. One can spend hours sitting on the deck and looking at the blue sea. The room was clean and the linens were perfect. There was a daily complimentary refilling of the mini fridge. The staff were extremely well behaved and helpful. They sent a vehicle to pick us up from the pier and drop us back and it was complimentary too.

“A little Gem”

Upon arrival we were met by the 2 girls who managed the establishment. They were really helpful no matter what we asked. The room was excellent, very clean. The whole place is very well looked after. I have travelled to many places in the past, this one is in fact one of the best. I would highly recommend this little gem. The Breakfast was really good. So if you are going to Koh Larn stay here.

The fantastic sea-view outside. In the evening sitting listening to the waves and looking on the boat lights. Also a very good location, only a few minutes walking from the pier where the boats arrives. Also a big rose for the nice staff taking care of us in a very familiar way.

Breakfast offered good value for money. Staff was very helpful - though wasn't as well-versed on how to arrange local transportation. Location was central to the island's beaches and not far from the pier.

So close to the pier , and right literally on the water , host was lovely , need to use translater on phone , but she was hospitable , hired a scooter through her , great .

Location, view, ambience plus the staff and management were helpful and friendly

Before making the reservation, I had doubts about whether this mini-hotel had a good location, considering the time needed to reach the beaches. However, I can now say the location is quite convenient; the tuk-tuk stop is very close by. There's also a night market nearby, and compared to hotels in the northern part of the island where mornings start with the noise of tractors transporting boats, here you wake up to the sound of waves because the hotel is situated on stilts over the sea. My impressions of the hotel are extremely positive. The area is very cozy, and the staff is very polite. There's an additional relaxation area above the houses on the second floor. The breakfasts are simple, but that's perfectly fine. I will definitely come back here again.
