Perfect accomendation. Really kind host and cooks great. The location is really cool and clean. You are directly on the water in a small fishing village. We thought there would be more noise in the morning after reading some review but we didn't experience it (maybe we were lucky). You can also rent a scooter there which was really nessessary as the Tuktuks are expensive in Koh Lanta. Negotiate the price when arriving at the port. Grab is not available. A Tuktuk to this location should not cost you more than 600 THB even if they say the prices are fixed (they show you a paper with "fixed" prices for the different locations.)

Staying in a small fishing village was an authentic, wonderful experience. No bells and whistles, just a true look at how Thai folks live. Watching the Longtails being prepped for fishing, seeing them being unloaded with their daily catch. Quiet sounds of a small fishing village....just awesome. The viewing dec up top was a great place for a cold beer and to do some Yoga. Shampoo and her parents were very caring and the food prepared for dinner was super good. This is not a party spot which to us was a bonus. Truly wonderful!!!

Spacious spotless rooms with ample seating cupboards table, mirrors, a/c,and bathroom.Amazing view of harbour of Longboats, fishermen and their families. Backdrop of hills and woodland. Top floor viewing area, fabulous panoramic views sea, islands and shoreline.Very friendly helpful welcome which continued throughout our stay. Very convenient for visiting many facilities of this beautiful island. Scooter hire and laundry reasonable rates

Not too far from the old town and owner organised a lift. Place is in a residential area. Kids playing, women chatting and men fishing. Waves crashing so slept well!

“Peaceful Waterfront Stay with Mixed Service Experience”

Got lucky with a stunning spot right by the water! The view of local fishing boats and peaceful location was perfect - just a short ride from the old town by car or scooter. Managed to book last-minute and received a warm welcome from the host's father. The room was well-equipped with everything needed, and they were initially accommodating when I requested a specific late check-out time, which they agreed to.

Authentic and quiet location but only 5 minute drive to Ko Lanta old town. Perfect for us as we’d hired a car from Krabi airport. Host (Shampooh??) is lovely. Her mum cooked dinner for us (green curry) which was delicious and reasonably priced. Loved hearing the sound of the sea when tide was in. Nice roof top terrace too. So peaceful.

Best place to sleep if you want to discover old town and stay overnight with nice locals. Scooters can be rented on site. Wonderful view from the roof and from your room.

The breakfast was simple, but good. The tastiest food was, when I had a sore throat. The older lady (I assume the mother of the owner) prepared a soup just for me without expecting anything back. I don't know the name of that soup (something local), but it was really delicious and helped me to get over my illness. Later she brought me also tea with honey and throat tablets, which was very cute and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is located close to restaurants and 7-11. The place a is a bit far from the beach area and other attractions. Definitely need to hire a motorbike which they do here.

“The Perfect Stay by the Sea”

This has to be one of the best stays in Thailand. Often we found a good view was sacrificed by poor quality facilities. This was not the case here! Not only are you above the sea but the rooms, showers, air-conditioning are fantastic. The highlight is the host who is so attentive and friendly. Don't forget to check the rooftop at nighttime to see all the stars!

Chomp hop and her family were absolutely amazing. Very accommodating, ready to go out if their way to help me out (Chomphoo drive me to the old town so I could get a rental scooter) . Bedroom very comfortable, how lovely to fall asleep with the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. 10/10

The host and her family were wonderful. They attended to all our needs and went above and beyond. For example, if we woke up late, they would save us some breakfast. They gave us bottled water everyday without fail. They even took us to old town so we could get a moped and on our last day they came with us to drop the moped back and give us a lift home. You will love your stay here. Apart from this, waking up with the sea splashing underneath you is amazing, and you have amazing views of sunrise and sunset. The room was modern and super clean with a shower that has really good pressure! You must stay here if you visit Koh Lanta! We were so sad to go and will definitely be coming back in the future.
