Great stay in a central part of Koh Kood where most of the shops and restaurants are. All very nice beaches within minutes.

“Perfect Ko Kood homestay”

Perfect place to stay in great location. Fan cooled the room perfectly, and even the cold shower was so good. The beach is a 5-minute walk with a great beach bar. We rented a scooter from over the road, booked a boat from over the road, shopped for fruit and eggs next door, and eat here. What a fabulous find, Lungkluay we love you and wished we could have stayed longer

Jam and Kiw were very friendly and welcoming. Lungluay homestay is super central to really nice restaurants, a mini-mart, the best beach on the island (in our opinion) and activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding. We managed without a bike but they did rent them for cheap, we walked to the waterfall which took about an hour but you can request a taxi. The “no hot water” was absolutely fine as the water is walked naturally by the hot weather so was never freezing and was perfect was to cool off. Lastly, the restaurant owned by Jam and Kiw and their family (The Corner) is the best we ate at whilst we stayed here (8 day stay in total).

A very friendly family homestay with very good wifi and cozy terrace to hang out. they also have a very good restaurant! it’s a must try.

Very helpful & friendly owner who also rented me a very good scooter. Location is good, near some very nice places to eat & a local shop as well as being in a central part of the island so all the best beaches are pretty close.

Host, location, atmosphere, free kitchen to use as a guest of an accommodation, nice terrace, pond with fish just in front of the terrace, very good restaurant as a part of an accommodation.

Location is good- 100 meters from small beach with great snorkel ( behind the small island), few km to two other great beaches, the corner with good food. Two fans in room, that was really good.

Very central position and close walking distance to many beaches. I quickly established a routine of waking early and walking for an early morning swim and then finding somewhere for breakfast and coffee. Kew, Honey, Jam and Mother run an exceptional restaurant where they serve delicious authentic Thai food for lunch and dinner. After all the walking throughout the day it was always a comfort knowing I was going back to have an amazing dinner at the restaurant before walking back to S- Beach to swim, walk and gaze at the stars whilst listening and watching the waves come in. Great place to stay and very affordable 👌

“Excellent, homely, the most wonderful staff.”

Basic, which is what we wanted, clean, tidy and no air con, just fans which was excellent. Staff were exceptional, food excellent and with a very warm welcome. They organised scooters at a reasonable price. The hosts made us feel like we were part of their family - wonderful!

Lungukluay homestay is all you expect by description and pictures and more. If you're open minded the contagious friendly and lucky host and his whole helpful (at any sense) family contributes to make the very best of your stay by information, service, activities, organisation and casual chats. The surrounding and location is perfect and there is nothing you will miss, as the accomodation includes a recommendable restaurant since 2023 (with a guest-discount). The rooms got everthing you need and are simple. You got free water and coffee the whole day. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to come back to this part of Koh Kood paradise. Best whishes!

“Awesome stayover trip!”

The breakfast is super delicious. The owner was really nice and understanding. He saw that my wife enjoyed feeding the fishes in his pond, he gave us extra bread for her feeding activity. We really enjoyed our stay in Lungkluay for a night.

“Great place to stay”

The best part about Lungkulay Homestay is Kew who is an amazing host. Seeing that beaming smile everyday even in the rain made my days even more special. The energy at Lungkulay is great, the hammocks, having a kitchen area to use freely and refillable water, tea and coffee is great 🙂

Nice, cosy place near restaurants. Quite basic but perfect price for this kind of room.Several beaches nearby approximately 5-10 minute walk. The owners are very kind and helpful. They can help you arrange tours, a motorbike, etc.

“Loved it!”

We had absolutely amazing time here, staying with the owners. They're a lovely couple, ready to help you with absolutely everything. They genuinely want you to enjoy your time there. We were supposed to stay for two days and ended up staying two weeks. Koh Kood is a small island but you need a scooter to go around, you can rent it from the owner for a cheap price. Breakfast was included and amazing. The island is very expensive, so this is a bargain and excellent place to stay.
