The owner Chris and his wife Cherry helped me with the ticket, advised on the places to see and visit and would cater for all my needs. The food was wonderful.

I spent a few great days at Chor Chaka. The owners are the swealetest people ever, so jede and helpful. The room was big, clean and well equipped. The location is perfect, 3 mins to a nice small beach with a bar for sunset and walking distance to other beaches. The restaurant is also very good . I will come back !

We had a fantastic stay at Chor Chaba!! Chris and his team truly make you feel like family !! The rooms are spacious and the bed was large and very comfortable (great wifi too) Chor Chaba is a jungle oasis that is also a few minutes walk from one of Koh Koods most beautiful beaches ⛱️ we hired bikes and got to explore this amazing island. Would highly recommend 👌 😊

Accommodation was great, it has basic amenities but is comfortable. Spacious room and peaceful balcony outside the room to sit, surrounded by greenery. For the price and location we loved it, you can walk or scooter to lots of restaurants and bars and you are right opposite a lovely beach + beach bar. Chris and Cherry helped us with organising a snorkelling boat trip (which we highly recommend the guides on this tour were amazing and great snorkelling), our ferry tickets to Koh mak and renting a motorbike. Chris makes an effort to recommend stuff for you. He also sells cheap beer (most bars around are a bit pricier), also we recommend the tawan eco bar down the road.

We had an excellent time at the hostel in a one of the double rooms. We didn’t use the aircon at all, the fan was totally enough! We loved their sustainable approach as opposed to the luxury resorts around the island. Very well located and the beach and (vegetarian) restaurants nearby were fantastic and affordable. Communication and support from the staff was exceptional: thank you 🥰

There aren’t many budget places on Koh Kood but this one does what it says on the tin. It’s by no means palatial but it won’t break the bank either.

We had a really nice stay at Chor Chaba. Chris is a very welcoming host and super helpful with information about the island and onward travel. (We had booked ours before arriving but wish we had waited and booked it through Chris as he keeps you up dated on everything and can help if any issues). The rooms are really spacious and comfortable with plenty of space for hanging clothes. There's a small seating area outside. Bathroom is quite rustic but sufficient! There is a nice beach right over the road and several nearby restaurants. Chris also hires out scooters (from memory I think 250 Baht and that's for 24 hours which is much more useful than per day) and you can fill your drinking water bottle for a small donation. Pool table is a nice addition to the bar area, but is sometimes closed earlyish. Great stay - recommend.
