The villa was spacious and comfortable, we enjoyed the private pool and the kitchen facilities were good, with a built in oven and dishwasher. The bay was sheltered and even though it was windy the bay was well sheltered and we were able to enjoy the beach.

Villa was exceptional, spacious and modern. Had all the facilities needed. Comfortable beds in a quiet area.

The house is quite large, spacious. Clean, Amazing view from the windows - golf course.. Beds are very comfortable, showers are great: with a strong current. The location was great for us, because we arrived by car ourselves, so we didn't have to drive steep mountains into the depths of the island. Later we traveled around the island by scooters or you can order a taxi on site. The beach is a few minutes walk away, amazing! Probably one of the most beautiful on the island. The swimming pool by the sea is large, clean, there are changing rooms, outdoor and indoor showers. The area is very well maintained, not only clean, but also safe. Several cafes by the sea are a bit more expensive, but a few minutes walk towards the town there is a local restaurant - cheap and very tasty. I would definitely come back again!

We were lucky with the location of our villa - 20A - being right by the beach. Close to pool and beach and restaurant. Perfect for the family. We were also able to arrange transport with them at an extra cost. This made the journey very convenient and zero hassle booking ferries and buses and taxis. Staff were all super friendly. Really lovely with the kids. The location of the bay/beach is beautiful and it is very picturesque. Was mainly quiet during our visit but the lounge area around the main beach, pool and restaurant could get busy at times. Overall peaceful, lovely holiday. Good little spot but have to hire a driver/get transport to go anywhere as there’s not much to do beyond the pool and beach. Kids enjoyed the playground. Was bigger than we expected and really fun. Pool was fine but VERY deep - no kids pool or shallow end for them to splash in - so you really have to be watchful. Villa was cleaned upon request which was always without issues.

The Pool Villa is brand new restored, extremely clean and walk distance from the beach. Big patio with outdoor table for dining and big sofa.

Honestly, this is the best place in Koh Chang, calm, clean, best beach, lovely villas, amazing pools, bars, great restaurant. You can rent cayak... Not far from Ferry. You need car or bike to go shopping but it is closed community and we had AMAZING TIME here.

Personally I didn’t mind the location but it’s quite far from KB. Nice enough resort, great pool. Also the beach is lovely.

Beautiful location and calm water. Spacious and comfortable residence with most things you need. Koh Chang is quite easy to get to in a car using the ferry. WIFI was fast.

Lovely property. pool water was checked every day and cleaned once a week. The grounds were maintained on a daily basis.

Location was good.

It was a clean and well maintained house but the house we got initially had a road construction happening in front. Upon request to change we were asked to pay more because they only had pool villas left. And it is a residential colony with multiple villas. A few villas are managed in the name of Utalay. Location and facilities were a plus.
