“Enjoyed my stay.”

The resort was very nice. The complex backs onto the beach making easy access. The pool is also nice although a little exposed. Friendly staff upon arrival and throughout my stay. I was also upgraded to a better room due to work being carried out at the hotel. The walking street is just a few minutes walk away, it's pretty quiet to other parts of Ko Chang but has enough places to eat and buy groceries. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations !! Staff was amazingly friendly and really took care of everything. Even in the down season the breakfast room was fully equipped and egg station and Thai meals were "a la carte" prepared. The beach is amazing, we were happy with our seaside bungalow with sun terrace on the roof. Restaurant and bar are great, prices reasonable and the service again : super ! Rooms every day clean, Every day fresh bottles of water, Especially great is the Golfcart service to bring you in to town ( Free of Charges !! ) So you dont have to walk up the small hill into town. The drivers were super friendly and brought you to the best local restaurants and massage salons. When you want to rent a scooter or car, you just ask the reception and at no extra cost they arrange the best local ones for you, pickup/return at the frontdesk. This place is highly recommended : Hospitality, quality, clean and above all : the central location on the island on a great beach is cool. This is not the super party location like white beach (15min drive) but a central position where you have everything nearby. Supermarkets (711) , Bars and restaurants , massage, souvenir shops , but also : an easy romantic beach. Every morning and afternoon the local Elephant sanctuary from nearby brings a few elephants for a swim on the beach , that is also so cool, just interact with them and you will have big fun. That beach is clean and also a good place to swim ! And has the best romantic view on the sun..... falling in the sea at night :-)

“Beautiful resort on beautiful beach”

We went trough 3 types of rooms - we really enjoyed pool access, but the beachfront was excellent. The view, sunset, sea.. it was perfect. Staff is very nice and helpful, available on WhatsApp during the day. Resort has golf car to take you to the city, which is like few mins by walking. Good breakfast. Massages on the beach.

“Central resort near beach”

Very central location with tons of restaurants and bars on the same street within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing with tons of options! The room itself is small but has everything you need. It's cleaned daily and is nice and quiet in the evening. Resort is right on the beach. Pool was nice, though would be nicer if on the beach instead of a bit further back but that is obvious in the pictures when booking.

“Wonderful beachfront stay with great service”

We had a fantastic 3‑night stay in a beachfront villa at Kai Bae Beach Resort. The villa was amazing and perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets each evening. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the golf cart service to the main road made getting around so easy, with great recommendations for restaurants and bars. Breakfast was included and offered an extensive choice each morning. Booking a scooter through the resort was quick and effortless, ideal for exploring the island. Overall, a brilliant and relaxing stay on Koh Chang.

Beachfront, 350m to speed boat pier for snorkeling and also island hopping to Koh Mak . Breakfast was sensational every morning, pool area massive and well kept. Rooms a great size with good wifi.. restaurants 300m away in Kai bae area.. motorcycle rental also organised by hotel reception.

The hotel grounds are large, well-maintained, and very beautiful. The rooms are clean, with daily housekeeping, comfortable beds, and crisp white linens. Each room has a large TV with internet access — we were able to watch YouTube easily. The Wi-Fi is excellent. The bathroom is fully equipped with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels are changed daily. Breakfasts are varied and delicious, including hot dishes, local cuisine, fresh pastries, and plenty of fruits. Tables are cleaned quickly, so there’s always space available. The front desk staff are true professionals, always ready to help. You can rent a bike or a car at the hotel. A free electric minicar runs from the hotel to the town center. And the highlight — several times a day, elephants are brought to the beach. This was incredibly unusual and exciting, adding a real sense of adventure to our stay.
