Quiet location, 5 minutes walk to Elephants camp and 7eleven 10 minutes walk to the beach. Great large fridge freezer ,lots of cooking utilities, free water bowser giving hot and cold water. Large television, air-conditioning to both bedrooms. Great swimming pool in excellent well maintained gardens with sunbeds and table and chairs to sit on.

Very friendly owner and Staff. The place is very close to kai bae center but also just far enough from noise from nightlife. I been koh chang many times and not many places you get this good size villa for the price so its absolutely worth it.

“FEELING RELAXED”
STEFAN, THE HOST WAS A MAN THAT REALLY CARED THAT YOUR STAY SHOULD BE AS ENJOYABLE AS POSSIBLE. THE PRIVACY, YET ONLY WALKING DISTANCE TO RESTURANTS, SHOPS AND BEACH.

We spent a week at the villa, a family with a 4 year old child. We arrived by car from Bangkok. We really liked it, the villa is located in a quiet place among the greenery, each house is very private. High ceilings, very comfortable mattresses, good linens, spacious bathrooms, excellent cleaning. Small, but well-kept area with a barbecue zone. We were lucky with the neighbors, very nice guys. The owner Stefan is responsible, friendly, always ready to help. The only thing we didn't like much was the construction next door and the shortage of utensils in the kitchen (especially if you come with kids and planning a long stay). Summary: Ideal for families, the villa is spacious, tidy and safe. Reccomended and certanly will be back there ourselves. It is advisable to have a car or bike on the island, interesting beaches are located quite far from each other also you can reach Macro food store. Drive carefully, the roads are very narrow.

“Great villa in great location”
Now our favorite location on Koh Chang. It's all there. But the villa is very quiet. Beautiful grounds, nice clean pool. The owner of the villa is a great person, will help in any situation. We loved it! Too bad we were only able to stay for 6 days, all the dates are already taken. In the future, we will certainly return to Filow Villa.

“Relaxing week in Kai Bae”
Stefan knows all about Kai Bae, Koh Chang and the daily life on the island. He had always an answer or a solution for any kind of questions. The Villa is clean and the surrounding well maintained. It was pretty quiet but also close to the street market and restaurants - no vehicle needed.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to ask more. Nice pool area, great spacious and super clean villa, friendly housefairy, short cut directly to the main road.
