“Decent location and pool, but issues and misleading listing made it a disappointing stay”
Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable throughout our month stay. Free drinking water was provided, and the pool area was a nice space to relax. The location is close to the beach, and the surrounding nature is beautiful. The place has a lot of potential. The Filou team were extremely friendly.

I do not recommend this accommodation as you have to pay for the electricity you use. It's an extra charge, extra paid in cash. First you give a deposit of 2000 Baht, at the end of your stay there is a bill where the lady cheats you. Instead of 140 Baht, she asks for 1,400 Baht. It was a one week stay, one person. I used the air conditioning very little, I was outside all day. So I didn't get cheated and realized in time that it was a scam.

“Nice quiet peaceful location and lovely accommodation”
The room has a nice kitchen with a cooking stove, microwave and kettle with all essential cooking items. The bedroom is large with a big tv with Netflix and is spotless. Bathroom has a lovely shower. The accommodation is in a quiet soi in Central location 1 min walk from kai bae bars and restaurants. A lovely place with all mod cons and a nice swimming pool.

“A delightful place in a beautiful peaceful location”
The location is very peaceful only minutes from the centre with great restaurants and bars. The room was spotless and very big with kitchen facilities also. The bed was comfortable and you have big tv with Netflix and utube. Room maid was great. The room very modern and new. The host Stefan was so friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem. I think this place is fantastic and will 100% recommend to all.
