This Victorian guest house in Knysna offers a secluded swimming pool and is a 10-minute walk from the Knysna waterfront. Its country-style rooms come with a TV and coffee/tea facilities. Situated in the centre of Knysa, the guest house is a short walk from markets and shopping centres and is 100 metres from Knysna Mall. Guests can drive up to Knysna's forest or the Knysna Elephant Park, both 10 km away. Knysna Heads is 6 km from the lodge.

“An excellent stay”
Very warm welcome by the host. The room was ample and charming with a lovely balcony looking to the lagoon. The location was perfect very central still so private with magnificent gardens and breakfast was excellent.

“Older but full of character and amazing hosts.”
We truly enjoyed our stay! The location is central and easy to reach. The building is older, tastefully furnished, and full of character. The garden is gorgeous – just like the wonderful hosts. We received many valuable travel tips and even had the chance to return the favor with a restaurant recommendation for our hostess. Of course, one should not expect a top-modern, minimalist B&B or the Ritz here. But any small imperfections (such as slightly older bathrooms) are more than made up for by the owners’ kindness and warm hospitality. Many thanks and warm greetings from Germany!

“Fantastic house and garden”
Nice place with a lot of atmosphere. The room was nice with the balcony. The pool was nice. The garden was fantastic. Anna, the owner was very friendly and we got many good advices from her.

“Best place in Kysna”

It was a perfect stay. Our hosts were welcoming, informative, courteous and very friendly. The accommodation was 100% suited to our needs. The gardens were a delight with countless blooms and we enjoyed the swimming pool. The location perfect for exploring Knysna by car or by foot.

“It was a beautiful day, hosts were lovely and the place is very well situated. Lovely stay!”
The breakfast was delicious, really well served, had a variety of options and was willing to accommodate a gluten-free requirement. The garden is lovely, filled with beautiful flowers and full of nature and the soft sounds of birds. It was very peaceful and so close to the main mall. The hosts were super accommodating and very helpful.
