The property is spotlessly clean and all the staff are extremely helpful and professional. The owner, Bianca and her staff, especially Jossi and Constance went above and beyond to help us as our luggage was lost during our stay.

Before I stayed here, I did not fully understand how an establishment could get such high score. Now I know why. Every person here works for customer satisfaction. They go above and beyond to please you and even think unthinkable details like dinner reservations. Property itself was great but the main difference has been the staff who worked tirelessly to make us feel comfortable.

Breakfast was beyond expectations, and we could request to have it in the room or the main breakfast area. If on the room terrace, they still brought a table cloth and provided a 5 star dining experience. The breakfast was generous, very well prepared, like a fine dining experience, and the staff were incredibly attentive, well dressed, well spoken, and well mannered. There was the option of tea and cake in the afternoons, sundowners just before dinner, and coffee at any time of day. The staff always walked us out to the car, and the main town was only about 1 km down the road. There was outside parking for our car.

Staff were great and very polite and helpful. Great breakfast overlooking the Waterfront. Teatime and evening drinks were provided in very warming areas. They clean our car too! Truly enjoyed the great hospitality.

Everything was perfect! Its a beautiful small hotel, the employees were so nice and kind and the room was really comfortable.

We received the warmest of welcomes at Thebloem, setting the tone for a truly special stay. Relaxing by the pool with drinks was a perfect way to unwind, and the thoughtful evening surprise of chocolates, a rose, and Amarula liqueur was such a lovely touch. Every detail was taken care of with genuine warmth and care — an unforgettable experience!
