Overview
Situated high up on the ridge, Strode House offers magnificent views of the Knysna lagoon, the famous Knysna Heads, forests and Outiniqua Mountain Range. It features a private pool with hot tub. This double-storey features a fully equipped kitchen with Smeg gas oven, double door fridge, ice machine, dishwasher, microwave. The lounge and 8-seater dining table are elegantly furnished and complete with Smart Curved TV. The pool lounge opens up to the swimming pool and is equipped with a stainless steel fire place and gas barbecue. On the second level the house has 5 full bathrooms, 5 bedrooms and a family bar that boasts the best views in the house. WIFI is free and available throughout and the home has a private garage. At Strode House you will find a landscaped garden, barbecue facilities and a terrace. An array of activities can be enjoyed in the surrounding area, including golf at either the Jack Nicklaus course at Simola or the Championship course at Pezula. The Knysna Waterfront is 2 km away.

An exceptional property with magnificent views . Spacious and comfortable. Beautiful outdoor area with lovely pool . We loved the pool table and indoor BBQ. The host was very welcoming .

Strodemeister was an excellent host. House is truly a great place to go with friends and offers incredible value. From pool table, 5 bed and bathrooms, to outside hot tub and the enormous pool and pool deck and the amazing views.

Very big, beautifully designed house. Fine area. Great garden with lots of palm trees, privacy and great view. Well equiped kitchen. On-site parking. Everything one needs. Host Martin is a cool, relaxed and friendly guy.

“Highly recommend.”
This was a truly wonderful place with an exceptional host. While some renovations, particularly concerning the furniture, could elevate the house to an even higher standard, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were excellent. The overall experience was certainly worthwhile. Mr. Strode proved to be a fantastic host, ensuring a memorable stay. I wholeheartedly recommend it. P.S. Our visit took place during the winter season.

Pool would have been fantastic had the weather been warmer, but we were able to make our own fun with the pool table and the indoor braai.

“This is a must stay house which was exceptional”
We liked everything, it is exceptional. It is very luxurious, spacious, close to town and has everything you needed. The fire place in the living room was sensational, the view was stunning. We will definitely visit again if in a group.
