Breakfast was great thank you. Nice touch to have fresh fruit each morning. Cooked breakfast of any type any day was exceptional.

Beautifully decorated hotel and rooms. Lush gardens. Lovely outdoor space for breakfast and the evening boma dinners. Mark and Adele and their team made you feel like you were staying with friends rather than a hotel.

The accommodation is of a very high standard and beautifully appointed throughout. This place really feels like a home from home and the owners Mark and Adele have done a wonderful job of making it so. The staff are very attentive and will arrange anything required or make helpful suggestions for your stay. The whole staff at the property are incredible. Gibson gets a special mention from us for being so helpful. We will be returning here.

“We had a wonderful stay”
Fabulous views from our suite; very comfortable little hotel with a personal touch. Lovely touches such as fresh flowers in both public areas and our room, and binoculars on a shelf by a window overlooking the bay. The thing that made our stay outstanding was the team: they were all very friendly, could not do enough for you and were super-responsive to any queries. Would definitely return.

“Perfect stay in Knysna - would highly recommend and will be coming back!”
Absolutely loved our stay. Adelle and Mark and all of their staff made us feel like we were at home. Adelle cooked a wonderful breakfast for me, catering to my allergies and vegan dietary requirements and each day was tastier than the last! The guest house is beautiful, comfortable, and very peaceful. Overall the stay was perfect. Would highly recommend and I'm looking forward to us going back there!

Beautiful setting with views over the lagoon. Our room was kindly upgraded during our stay as it was quiet, was clean and very spacious. The full house omelette at breakfast was absolutely delicious! Staff all very helpful and friendly, couldn’t do enough for you to ensure you had a comfortable stay.
