Our stay was amazing with such friendly hosts.

The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and ideally located. All the essentials were thoughtfully stocked, including milk, coffee, and toiletries, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The close proximity to the beach! The safety was astounding! The hosts were amazing! The location was perfect for us! The house came with everything you need for a holiday....solar power, washing machine and dryer, Netflix for the kids, excellent wifi, beach towels, body wash shampoo, hair shampoo. The kitchen is fully kitted out with all the utensils you need to cook. There's a restaurant close by if you fancy a meal. The beds and pillows were super comfy, and the bathrooms were immaculate.

We were spoiled with many treats, coffee, tea, pods, rusks, wine etc. We had a full DSTV, Netflix and other packages which my mother and husband thoroughly enjoyed. Everything we needed and more was there, beach towels, washing machine, iron etc and the place was clean. Enjoyed the fountain and the neighbourhood was quiet and safe.

“Wonderful flatlet in stunning location”

Lovely comfortable flatlet below a house but still very private within a lush garden. Our hosts were very friendly and made sure all our needs were met. Lots of little extras like rusks and milk etc in the fridge. There is everything you need for a longer stay too. Would highly recommend it also for the location right near the a stunning cliff walk and the beach down the road.

There was literally everything one could need or want in the apartment. The footpath behind the house with its wonderful views was a very pleasant surprise and one of our highlights during our entire stay in ZA.

Cosy apartment situated near super views of the ocean. Really friendly hosts with great recommendations for local places to eat. Hosts responded quickly to messages and made us feel very welcome. The apartment had some really lovely touches like a welcome bottle of wine and chocolates. The beds were comfortable and there was everything we needed to make it a home from home.

The hosts were very accommodating with booking in and out times! Well equipped place with everything you need, even beverages and rusks!

Everything was perfect. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location with one of the best beaches in the world in our opinion! Hosts Julie and Esme were excellent.

The accommodation was within walking distance of Brenton beach and situated in an attractive residential area Our host was charming and attentive and very kind.....she gave us her bag of small change so that we would be able to pay car park guardians and access toilets on our long trip up to the Northern Cape. The apartment was very spacious, clean and everything needed was there. The only downside was the lack of light. It is a ground floor apartment and for us......probably because of our age......too dark. Otherwise Brenton Bushbuck Lodge could not be faulted.

This was the most comfortable and home feel place we stayed in, our whole western province tour. The house is perfect for a family see holiday, with a beach not far away. The ladies that own the place were more than friendly and helpful. Will definitely book here again.

The home was beautiful, and incredibly warm and inviting. Esmé was a perfect host and we couldn't have asked for more. We felt like we were being treated like royalty. The house felt like our home away from home and that made the stay beautiful and memorable for us.

The location was really good - quiet and within easy reach of the breath-taking coastal cliffs. The owners were very caring and made our stay most enjoyable (even though we were only there for 2 days). The flat can easily accommodate much longer stays and very comfortably.

Super spacious Tranquil Garden outside is beautiful Heaters and hot water bottles. Place in not affected by loadshedding Pretty much everything!

Our hosts Esmé & Julie were extremely responsive to messages. We were kept updated with the ever changing load schedule times. Great WiFi included, comfortable big beds and bedding. The downstairs accommodation is dark although there are several windows. The house is fully geared for self catering and they have an inverter is fantastic and they also have a little gas stove for the appliances that don't work during load shedding- every guest house must have one these days. We enjoyed the space inside as well as outside. Location is tucked away - would need to travel about 30 minutes to Sedgefield or Knysna to buy groceries if you are intending to self cater. Otherwise, the Butterfly Blu restaurant is great. There are beautiful walks close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
