“Dirty damp smelly room”
The location was perfect for me having come in from an international flight of 17 hours including connecting flight to Knoxville. Check in was quick and staff were very friendly and efficient

Travelled into Knoxville for Tennessee Vols game and settled for this cheaper accommodation outside of downtown. Short distance to travel 20 mins, runs a bus to the stadium which is helpful. Overall cheap room for the weekend in which everything else was well booked ahead at very steep prices.

“Roach infested”
Upon arrival of our room, we were greeted by 5 German cockroaches. We were also greeted with the smell of marajuana as we walked down the hall to our room. We canceled our stay, got our money back and moved on. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and cooperative!

“A nice place to stay if you don't require a useable bathroom.”
Location was great, right off the interstate. The staff were all incredibly nice and the view from our balcony was beautiful. The kitchenette was a nice surprise.
