“Decent spot, east of the Knoxville fray”
The staff was great and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy. There's an indoor pool, which looked good. Breakfast was the usual breakfast-included hotel fare, but just fine for our needs.

“Quick short trip but would use this hotel again (but would make sure to go through Hilton only!!”
The front desk person was wonderful…had a “Priceline” problem…I didn’t contact them but apparently was hijacked to their site and my reservation went through them. They tried to charge me for 2 rooms but we did end up getting that straightened out.

“Staff very friendly & welcoming. Rooms were clean & comfortable”
We were in town for College Football. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful & able to answer any query we had even though we were supporters from the opposing team. We also made use of the heated pool 😁
