“Toilet no lock from outside and inside lock can not lock. Aircond stop automatically.”
1. Air cond frequently stop automatically 2. Toilet no lock from aoutside so door always in open position. 3. Toilet lock inside broken not repair yet 3. Wall newly painted but the paint drop all over the tiles and not clean. 4. Deposit paid but to refund back it took more than 3hrs after check out and need to call few time to get back the money cause no reception

No lift. I dont know whether it state in the website that no lift, but i brought 2 elderly with me so i just checked out instantly after take a look of the room.

“Clean Room”
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower room was clean too. 1km away from the Kluang old railway. Very conveniently situated. They let us leave our backpacks after check out which was nice.
