The location is just a minute or two minutes walk from Terminal Bas. Also, there are a lot of restaurants and food court nearby. The room is clean, have a lot of facilities. There are KTV and pub down below but we are lucky that our room is at level 3 so we didn't hear the noise, only noise coming from car park at level 4 (vehicle sounds).

“a comfortable night stop”
the water pressure was good. the aircon is working well. a basic malaysian tv channels plus singapore channels. my room is windowless so no comment for view. manage to park the car in front of the hotel. need to put the deposit of RM50. walking distance to Sunway Kluang Mall and Kluang Parade. Main bus station is next building.
