Excellent Service: I really feel like this hotel is punching above its weight. The front desk service was fantastic right from the start. When we first got to our room and the door felt a bit stuck, the staff proactively followed up and checked on us immediately to ensure everything was okay. Efficient Layout: While the room itself was a bit cramped, it was designed well and everything felt easily reachable and convenient. Unique Bathroom: One standout feature was the toilet, which had a really unique epoxy tile design.

Room is clean and spacious.Lift is well functioned.check-in and check out process was smooth. There’s a no of convenience store next to hotel so grabbing a quick snack at wee hours is not an issue.

“Stay Exceeded My Expectation”
The newly furnished hotel is well maintained. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom and the room were clean. Near to many eateries 5 min drive. Good location. Though 2 star but beyond expectation. Should be 4 star. I had a comfortable and relaxed stay.

“Everything Provided”
Very clean room and toilet. Very comfortable beds and linen and chair. Bottle drinks, coffee and tea and kettle all provided. Wash basin with an elegant mirror outside the toilet. All towels and toiletries provided. Clean and functioning lift is available. No problem with heavy luggage.

Well maintained, strategically located. Near to Kluang town. Easy accessibility since it is located at a prime area in Kluang. No breakfast provided, but you can find so many eateries nearby.
