Location, breakfast, friendly ready-to-help personnel, price/service ratio. Located in the center, close to a cable car, parking places around (if you missed reserving a parking lot), few restaurants are around in a walking distance. We forgot to reserve parking, but receptionist found a solution for us for free. Breakfasts were great: fried eggs, omlet, cereals, cheese, fish, bacon etc - all of the possible assortment in the morning addressing all needs from children to adults. Bathroom, shower, hot water - worked fine at all times!

The hotel has recently been renovated and the rooms are really nice. Simple, clean, and comfortable. The location is in the centre of town with train station, shops, restaurants and sports (skiing, hiking) all easily walkable. The breakfast is simple but tasty and complete, and with good coffee. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location walkable to both the railway station and the gondola up to the mountain. The rooms were a good size, clean and good value unless booking at the last minute. The host was very friendly and efficient.

The hotel is currently going through a renovation and is under new management, so it was not exactly the way we remembered it. However, I believe that this hotel will be even better once the renovations are done. The staff was extremely nice, welcoming and responsive. Based on that alone, I have very high hopes for this property. Also, the location is incredible; it is right in the center of town.
