We loved everything about the apartment: the location, the place itself and the staff. It really is a "You have to do this at least once in your life" type of experience. Katerina was such a star in looking after us, and the on-line staff were wonderful. Their communication was superb and their understanding and willingness to be flexible when we made an error in booking was so generous and deeply appreciated. I highly recommend this place in every way. I'm already getting requests from friends about booking here. Book yourself a self-drive boat and discover the magic down south. Location!! Quiet spot and a lovely restaurant nearby. The sunset is spectacular from here. A Unique style of accommodation in the old fishing village. Be aware that you may have to be prepared for this unique accommodation. Don’t overburden yourself with luggage (it creates unnecessary awkwardness In accessing the houseboat) and be prepared to sleep in a mezzanine level with a low ceiling. We absolutely loved our stay here.

“The most unique and picturesque setting”

One of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. Right on the beachfront of Klima, the views out over the sea are fantastic, and sunsets are incredible. The boathouse has everything you need for a relaxing stay

We loved the location and the very well resourced and comfortable accomodations. The apartments are beautifully resolved inside , but the standout is obviously the location. We were on the South side of the small jetty at Klima beach and it was well protected from any late afternoon winds. We had clear and easy communication with the excellent host who arranged ( reasonably priced) transport from the late ferry -we were then met and had assistance taking our luggage to the boathouse. There is (one only) taverna very close by and we had a few great meals there ,including delicious breakfast.Our advice would be to arrange transport down to Klima and then just enjoy the area. You can drive down, but it is a really tricky road with limited parking at the beach end, so bring some supplies for a couple of days, enjoy the beach and local taverna.

Newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Position perfect, amazing sunsets, water lapping at your doorstep with ocean views from unit and balcony, ripper restaurant close by, amazing walks, archeological sites close by as well. Stayed in Turquoise Boathouse 1 which is the upstairs unit. Compact but romantic. Klima is a great place to base yourself to explore Milos. Mark and Mandy Straya (Aus)

what can I say. except the cutest little boat house! we stayed upstairs and our friend in the downstairs apartment. the apartments are small, as you would expect, but they have everything you need - beautiful shower/bathroom, kitchen with coffee machine, cooking equipment, bespoke plates and cups. local restaurant was great

“Wish we were staying longer...”

The upper floor sirma, Turquoise Boathouse 2, is absolutely beautiful, modern and well appointed. From looking at the photos we worried it may be too small but it was perfect. The view from the balcony is stunning. It has ladder access up from the sandiest most lovely part of the beach through a clever hatch onto the balcony then another ladder up to the sleeping platform when inside. The little jetty beside the Roman ruin right outside was a beautiful place to lounge on and the water was perfect for swimming even in mid- May! We had quad bikes for accessing Klima which was perfect, otherwise it's quite a difficult place to get to and from - quite a strenuous walk uphill to Tripiti for the nearest bus. Don't miss the wonderful Roman ruins just above the village including the theatre. Amazing to think that Klima was only a small part of the harbor of a once major town that has almost completely disappeared. Food in the neighbouring restaurant was decent but not great for the price but the location and friendly service made up for it completely. Watching the sunset either from a table or from the balcony of the sirma is an unforgettable experience. We will be back!

The appartement is really well equiped and decorated. The location is quiet and so beautiful.

Beautiful traditional house in Klima. Decent tavern walking distance from accomodation. Nice swimming spot directly outside. Amenities were very good. Newly renovated. Breathtakingly gorgeous. Bear in mind if you do intend on travelling around Milos to will require a vehicle or need to arrange transfer/taxi service as it is not close to the main part of town.
