“Everything I wanted and more!”

The property was absolutely charming, being able to wake up and walk 10 steps into the ocean was unreal. Klima was a beautiful fishing village with a restaurant in walking distance and lovely homemade treasures store a few doors down. Met some of the locals of the village and felt right at home. Can not wait to come back!

Wow, Wow, Wow !!! thats literally what we said on arrival to this amazing location. It's a very unique location and I think this property is probably one of the best in the area, with an amazing rooftop that has half in shade and other half with sun beds and amazing views. Within the first hour I got onto host to see if we could extend and we were lucky enough to get an extra day. Restaurant close by is great, but also walked to closest town in morning to MONK for coffee and juice, they also deliver. This is a little piece pf heaven with the water literally at your step. Can't recommend enough and will definitely be back The property owner thought of everything, snorkels, fridge stocked with some needed necessities ( but I would advise to get your shop in before arrival as once you get here you don't want to leave ). We feel very lucky to have found this property to revisit.

loved the yellow boat house, so much bigger inside than thought, owner had thought of all we need and it was comfortable and beautiful.. biggest bonus was the roof terrace where we had privacy to relax and watch the sea in peace and quiet.

Amazing location, so unspoilt and still retains it’s authentic charm. the sea literally laps up to the apartment steps! very quiet as we visited in early May. The apartment was beautiful and very clean and comfortable, very thoughtful owner had left grocery essentials which was a life saver as we arrived on the Greek Easter weekend and all shops were shut. A car is pretty essential to stay here as no shops nearby. Very cute little jewellery shop a few doors down with really helpful owner who helped with advice on best beaches and restaurants to visit.

“Unique and comfortable”

Thanks to the hosts for a relaxed stay. The boathouse is modern whilst keeping its rustic original beauty. It’s one of the only boathouses with a great rooftop area - half covered to provide some shade. We hired a moped from the port snd asked a taxi to follow us either our luggage and a few supplies, which was easy. As a ‘mature’ couple in our 50’s (who lived in a boathouse in Sydney when in our 20’s!) it was a magical getaway on an amazing island.

Kim’s is a magical place and the yellow boathouse did not disappoint. It has everything you need and we a family of 4 had a lovely stay. Manolis and Gladwin are lovely hosts and had a fridge full of goodies when we arrived. The roof terrace is so beautiful it’s perfect for sunsets and watching the world go by. We will be back !
