Genuinely the most amazing place I have ever stayed in. The house is very cute , right by the water and private - you have the entire area to yourself. I think it was the best part of my entire stay in Milos..

We had the best few days at monk seal boathouse. The location was private and absolutely amazing, so unique. The water lapping at the door, the sunsets - we can’t rate this place high enough. Thank you so much for an amazing stay - we will remember our visit forever and hopefully return one day.

This is an experience place to combine to live simple and be so close to your private water You will manage to calm down from any stress and enjoy the beautiful evenings looking at the sea The sleep is so lovely listening to the small waves coming close to the appartment The restaurant Astakas offer very good service and quality of food but needs a reservation, it is about 10 minutes walk from the flat There were plenty towels around for shower and swimming

“Wonderfully peaceful piece of the sea”

The secluded location wonderful, friendly cat, help with our luggage. The entire sea felt like our own- right out the front door. All essential kitchen items included- jams, butter, cereal, coffee pods, oil and needed plates and cutlery. Cat food for the one eyed cat my daughter named Spotty. Maybe bring only what you need in a small bag to carry- it's a bit of a walk over pebbles, sand, slippery slopes, and more.

The location was fabulous, if you like a quiet, private place that you can swim right out the front is ideal. Every thing you need is there, very comfortable, with enough space to spend time at the location. The local restaurant is superb with quality food at a fair price. The host also provides enough supplies to have a decent breakfast and coffee which we really enjoyed.

“Best Stay in Greece”

This was by far our favourite accommodation during our vacation in Greece. It is rustic, humble and the ideal place to relax after many days of exploring. The host left the fridge and pantry full of treats for breakfast. Located at the far end of Klima this house is quite private as well. It was lovely to wake up to waves right next to your front door and to be able to take a swim right in front of the unit.

It’s exclusivity. It’s uniqueness.

Nowadays is difficult to find unique experiences due to the size/dynamics of tourism. Although the Monk seal boathouse might be pricey for an average family, I still recommend to make the effort and experience this amazing oasis at the end of Klima. I am pretty sure my family, specially my two small kids, will remember this stay. Comfy beds and nice kitchen with all you need.

Stunning view and as it is the last boathouse on the beach it is more private than any other.

This is a beautiful, unique location. The water is lapping at your doorstep and the views are fantastic. But it is quite a hike along the water so not good if you have mobility issues. Our host made sure the cupboard had the essentials, a nice touch.

This place is absolutely incredible and by far one of the best homes we’ve stayed in. So unique and different to anywhere else you might stay on the island and truly your own private and remote oasis. The hosts were so attentive, responsive and thoughtful - helping us to get our luggage to the house and stocking the pantry and fridge full of snacks and treats for us and including snorkelling gear, towels and toiletries - everything you need is in the house. Don’t hesitate to book here if you’re in doubt - it will be an experience to remember. We will definitely be back!
