When i arrived at the place they were fully booked , i want n refund gor my money I didnt even stay there. This is unbelievable to be fully booked when we arrived but i paid for the booking. I want my money back.

Room 1 & 2 did not have any mugs or towels. Family room very small for family b/fast prep started at 3 and you can hear all the noise in the rooms. not enough proper parking

Overbooking (dubble book our rooms) had to search for other place to stay. Promise to refund but it never happend.
