Casa del Sole is located in Klenovica, a small town located between Senj and Novi Vinodolski and offers free Wi-Fi in public areas. Apartments are modernly furnished and feature balconies with views of the sea. All apartments in Casa del Sole are air-conditioned and equipped with a seating area, a sofa and satellite TV. Fully equipped kitchenette is available in each, as well as a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Ironing and laundry service is available A pebbly beach can be found 100 metres from the apartments. Nearest grocery store is 20 metres away, while restaurants and pizzerias can be reached in a 5 minute walk. Klenovica is the oldest fishing town in the Kvarner area and it’s famous for its fresh waters sources. Nature park Krka, famous for its waterfalls is 100 km away, while Plitvice can also be reached in 100 km. Rijeka Airport, in Omišalj on the island of Krk can be reached in 40 km. Casa del Sole features parking in a private garage.

We were very disappointed with our experience, particularly with the level of service provided. We were on a long journey through several different countries with my wife and our four young children, aged 12, 10, 7, and 6. Exhausted from the trip, we made the reservation around 10:00 PM, unfortunately without noticing that the check-in was only available until 11:00 PM. Shortly after making the reservation, we received a phone call from the host, who asked for our location. I informed him that we would be arriving approximately one hour later, but despite our situation and the fact that we were traveling with small children, the host was unwilling to wait for us. He insisted that he could not accommodate us and now refuses to issue a refund, even though the full amount of €95 had already been charged. This is the first time we have encountered such a situation after many positive experiences using Booking.com. We are sincerely disappointed by the lack of flexibility and understanding from this property owner.

Everything was perfect. The hosts are very kind and helpful. They also have a pizzeria on the first floor, probably with the most delicious pizza I ate ever. It is also close to the beach, easy to reach by walk.

Everything was great. Location, apartment, view and very nice owners. Bed was comfy, apartment was spacious, balcony was of a proper size with a beautiful view. Everything was perfect.

Tomislav and his lady are friendly and decent hosts. Good English spoken here,so we've received a clear information on accomodation itself,but also on neighborhood, close beaches, ATMs and restaurants. (Fluent German heard as well). Casa del Sole is a good location for families with kids. Appartements are clean and neat. There is a pizzeria downstairs ran by Tomislav, pizza quality is outstanding and prices are fine. Euro on its way soon,but Kn-€ course calculated by the owners was acceptable and realistic. We've also noticed that owners tend to talk closely to the guests and overall, you can feel a personal touch - if you are interested. Neighborhood is calm,not much loud music nor drunken people. Definitely recommended if you are looking for an affordable accomodation in a calm environment.

Great location, close to the sea. Accommodation was nice and clean. Apartment had all needed kitchen tools.The hosts were sweet. Parking place is advantage and it's 5 euro per day. The host let us park there even when we were not accommodated.

Everything was perfect, the owners were incredibly kind, the room was clean, comfy and had a nice sea view. Downstairs is a restaurant with really good pizza. Close to the accommodation is small shop, bakery, bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and we recommend it!
