“The worst hotel in booking.com that I booked, I felt I have been cheated”
Nothing, while I step in the lobby, the lift is malfunction with tape, Sofa got black stained, after I checked the room, the was crokcoaches, ants in the room, the windows and bedheader also damaged... tissue in boxes is the last pieces., this is the worst hotel I visited in booking.com, it is totally unacceptable and disappointed while booking.com showing the old photo, pretty photo to lies on user.

“Bad and rude staff and bad room ! Don’t come !”
The rude and lazy Bangladesh staff ! We needed to call him to come back from other place and waited for him for ages ! And he didn’t apologise for his act and behave rudely ! Besides, its room tiles were broken and the toilet conditions were extremely bad !
