“Poor management and dicipline”
While we were resting in our bedroom, staff simply get into the room, wihout knocking the door/ ring the bell. And went out as if nothing happened - not a single appologize. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Receptionist failed to answer our calls. Upon arrival, receptionist refuse our checkin, despite status on the booking.com apps states 'booking is confirmed' and payment been made, causing hassle after hours of driving. Only after calling booking.com customer service for the third time hotel allow us to check in.
