Cozy cabin in wonderful nature! Pet friendly. Hiking trail to Haugabreen is really close and the Christmas shop in Skei...was that we had needed :) Can´t forget local fruits, delicious.

“Where birds sing and glaciers rest”

This is a pleasant and well-equipped place located in the countryside, surrounded by mountains and birdsong. A great base for exploring the region — we visited Jostedalsbreen National Park, drove the scenic Gaularfjellet road and admired Gaularfjellet Utsikten, saw Supphellebreen, Bøyabreen, the surroundings of Loen and Olden, and of course, Briksdalsbreen. The house is easy to find, directions were clear, and parking is convenient. The accommodation itself is spacious, clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities and a reliable internet connection. A very comfortable stay and a beautiful, calm final stop on our journey through Western Norway.

It ticked all our wishes. Well maintained and pretty well equiped not too much modernised wooden cabin in the beautiful Norwegian fjord-mountains around us AND so quiet there. Enough activities possible in area, supermarkets approx. 10 km distance.

As the welcome message received after booking said: Welcome to the middle of nowhere. That was a proper description of this cabin. Surrounded by nature and calmness, this place is perfect for a few peaceful days.

Comfortable cottage, very well equipped with everything you need, especially if you come with your family. Beautiful views and nature. Very good location for trips to the mountains. Peace and quiet. You can really relax.

“Big cottage in stunning environment”

Very roomy cottage with everything you need, including a washing machine. Even now in summertime equipped with firewood so we enjoyed a merry fire the (chilly) evening we arrived (and the next :-). Stunning environment with a variety of hiking options close-by. The one to Bolsetnipa didn’t work out because the owner of the private access road had closed it. Hike to Oldeskaret recommended, but the toll road up is a tiny little bit scary (steep, narrow gravel road but we made it without 4wheel drive).

Perfect, cozy cottage with everything you need. Location is perfect as well if you are planing to visit nearby glacier or for example Glacier museum.
