The owners were very nice The room was clean and bright. It had good storage I think it would be lovely on a good day when the staff could help with any problems.

Absolute con artists! Don’t fall for paying your food bill when you leave like I did they added extra stuff on my bill made me pay more because my 2 daugters stayed with me 1 night as they was at another hotel round the corner and I had to get them due to an emergency! When I got there to check in no one was there I had to call a number the shop man from down the road came and showed me to my room who then asked me if I wanted to go to his shop with him then the next night asked me late at night if I’d like to go to the supermarket for a coffee (I was on my own at this point) Then when my partner joined me after 5 days I started to leave the hotel more they didn’t like this as I wasn’t eaten in there restaurant anymore and they was very rude to me!!! Room was cleaned once in 10 days And for 5 days of eating barely anything I had a bill of 305€ Would never ever come back!!!

The location is good if you have a car. Otherwise use the bus or taxi. Loved the hotels area, room. Very welcoming (lady) receptionist and breakfast host. Fantastic Beach 200m close.

We stayed here for the second time. It is located in a nice quiet place away from the busy hotels in the city. We can relax in our own pool all day. The sandy beach is 5 minutes walk away. We had our own terrace on the ground floor with all the necessary equipment. It provided a pleasant shady rest. Here the guest can always feel good.

This property was lovely! I went on my own and felt so at peace. Peaceful, great friendly staff who go out of their way to help you, lovely and good value food. Well defo be back!

The property provides an ideal value for money. The room was spacious with a nice balcony and a proper working AC. We greatly appreciated the breakfast and dinner at the facility that were tasty and freshly cooked. Especially great was the host Elena - always ready to help and provide suggestions on all possible topics.

I absolutely loved everything about this place! It's a magnificent hotel with a beautiful territory and spacious, beautifully designed rooms. We chose the breakfast and dinner option, and the food was incredibly delicious. The pool area is stunning as well. The owner of the hotel is incredibly kind and helpful – always ready to assist with anything. Our stay was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future!

“Great budget friendly hotel with good logistics”

Neat a family run hotel close to the beach (5 mon walk). The host is super nice and friendly always ready to assist for any request. Logistics is also good. The bus stop is 5 min away too from where you can take regular buses to Antalya, Manavgat and Side making one a great day trip. Overall a good budget friendly option for a holiday on the southern coast of Turkey.

Quiet, pleasant location near the beach. New, spacious, very clean and tidy rooms. A clean and well-kept swimming pool. Friendly owners. The breakfast was excellent. The accommodation has an organized and safe parking lot.

“A perfect boutique hotel for a wonderful holiday”

First of all, it is a perfect hotel for those who want to have a holiday in a quiet environment. You feel like you are in your private villa with a pool. The cleanliness is top notch. Since it is a boutique hotel, the pool is almost right next to the rooms you will stay in. There are balconies in the rooms, you can sit on the balcony and enjoy your holiday by the pool under the moonlight at night. It has a quiet and peaceful environment. The breakfast is satisfying, there are also very delicious pastries cooked freshly for çbreakfast. The cleaning and maintenance of the hotel's pool is done every day. Although the hotel employee Olena is always very serious while working, she is also interested in her customers and helps them solve their problems. You really feel like a family with your staff working in your private villa. The beach is only a minute's walk from the hotel and it has a very large and perfect beach. When you return from the beach, you feel like you are coming home. You can have your dinner under the moonlight by a clean pool among palm and banana trees in a quiet and calm hotel. We came to stay at this hotel for one day when we were traveling to another place, but we stayed at this hotel for four days and we will definitely want to stay at this hotel whenever we come here. What we are looking for from a holiday is a peaceful environment, silence, cleanliness, delicious food and this hotel meets all of these. The hotel is on the main street to Alanya. It is very easy to reach the hotel and there is a market 100 meters away, there is even a large Migros market a little further on in walking distance.

“Peaceful and tranquil experience.”

Located away from the large hotels, this little gem is perfect. Everything is spotlessly clean, cared for and designed for comfort. The pool and the grounds are fabulous. The beach, albeit a little wild, offers beatifully clear waters and peaceful swims. The staff at the hotel are so helpful, Lena is always ready to answer any queries or provide assistance. It's a rural location, no glitzy venues or shops around (there are 2 shops with essentials on the nearby motorway 5 mins away), but I was very happy there.

The swimming pool and the service was very good. The lady and her children helped us so much and was there when we needed them. And the rooms are very clean and very cosy to sleep in.

Location was very quiet and peaceful exactly what we were looking for, however we recommend rent a car if you would like to see truistic attractions in nearby Alanya or Side The beach less than 5 minutes walk, clean with sun-beds. The close by camping site offered drinks and food in very reasonable price. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

“Perfect Place for Peace and Pool Times! (from Shakira and the chicken and cheese toasty man)!”

Loved the swimming pool, it was always so clean and generally empty so we often had it all to ourselves! There was never any need to race to get the sunbeds either. Our little bungalow (B3) was just what we needed. Aircon was fantastic and apparently you can ask for a fridge but I am not sure. The food was always tasty and fresh, we didn't go for breakfast or tea included but we ate lunch every day here. Although the snack menu had items on it that were not available during our whole stay, it was still well cooked food. We loved the chips! The staff are all so lovely, and although there was a language barrier that didn't stop us all from communicating to one another. The views from the higher points at this hotel are amazing! Lena or Elena (I am sorry I forgot hostess name)! was always busy and worked hard, clearly passionate and eager to deliver great service to her guests. Very peaceful, even with the local cockerels making their sounds now and then :) The local supermarket called Melissa Market was handy and the gentleman that works there is very friendly and happy to help in any way! He helped us with the bus service into Manavgat city (it is 2 euros for 1 ticket, you need to catch the bus opposite the supermarket on other side which comes roughly every 20 minutes. We often left the hotel on the hour which gave us time to walk and wait for abit for the bus. It doesn't stop right in front of you, it will sound a horn or flash you as it comes to a stop and you need to cross a quiet road to get to it... you'll understand when you are there)! We can also recommend dining in Manavgat at a place by the river which has a very cosy lounge feel to it, I can't remember what it was called but look out for benches facing each other with a table in the middle of them and orange/ natural toned cushions.
