Breakfast was very nice. Location is in rural area inner side like village.

I stayed at sweet home for 10 days. the place is beautiful, small and really does feel like home. The people are very nice and we became good friends. I had my birthday and they helped me organize an amazing birthday party at there place. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful garden with swimming pool, tasty food.

The main host is a great chef and they have an elaborate menu. They only have two rooms, which makes it a cosy and exclusive place. The bathroom is big with plenty of towels.

The place is very close to the beach. It is a very cosy and clean accommodation. The staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast are delicious. I would highly recommend the place.

“Peaceful hideaway near beach”

Jackie and her husband were incredibly friendly and helpful, the place was serene and peaceful just a short walk from the beach. Would definitely return!

Delicious and varied breakfasts, fantastic freshly squeezed fruit juices. Quiet and nice spot in the rural area,, Nice swimming pool. All in all this apartment was what we needed in terms of accommodation, it even exceeded our expectations in terms of hospitability. In my opinion good holiday stay is not only house, comfortable beds, sun and beach. Hospitality and helpfulness are the factors, which make your holiday long lasting memory. In these case all these conditions were met. Ahmedi and his wife were really great hosts - thank you for your attitude and for your kindness.

This accommodation is far below the standard advertised. The room was in very poor condition and the bathroom was very dated and in need of a good clean. The room cleanliness was very poor and the bedding dated. The swimming pool was unusable as it was filthy, green with mold and algi and frankly a health hazard. The bar/restaurant bathroom was disgusting. We were extremely disappointed in this place, we spent just one hour there until we could book alternative accommodation. They refuse to reimburse us, and Booking.com "claim" we are not entitled to compensation. All in all a very disappointing experience, totally different from the other locations and experience we have had in this lovely country.

“Just perfect!!!”

I felt like I was at home. Welcome from the owners is brilliant. They are always available and amazing. One evening they organized dinner for us guests (Ahmed the owner is also an extraordinary chef) and then they invited all of us to a local to dance. The rooms are standard with everything you need and there is one thing to say; hot water with incredible pressure, which is usually not easy to find in other accommodations. “Beautiful place with kind staff and clean rooms.”

Almost private pool, there are just 2 or 3 rooms and you get to have a pool and a beautiful garden in which you can chill and enjoy nature. The restaurant offers one of the most genuine and tasty dishes we had in Zanzibar and everything is fresh (the owner gets the fish and the lobsters straight from the fisherman at the beach!). The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is so friendly and kind.

The stay there was just great. Amazing people, I really enjoyed :)

Ahmedi is a very exemplary owner of Sweet Home. He is the manager, chef, waiter, concierge, cleaner and much more in one person. He always strives to ensure a great stay. The garden is beautiful, the breakfast is homemade and delicious and the food in the in-house restaurant is reasonably priced. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you very much!

A wonderful, very quiet and cozy place. As mentioned earlier by the guests - with a swimming pool, a garden in greenery and hammocks. The owners themselves live here - a wonderful, friendly couple, they have a restaurant where you will be treated to culinary masterpieces! In the house, water and Wi-Fi are present without interruptions, the beds are comfortable! The beach is 7-10 minutes away from the village, and for us this is the very flavor. In general, it's strange to read in previous reviews about children and roosters, because it's natural, we came to Zanzibar, they live like this here, and it's wonderful! We wish the owners prosperity and normal tourists, not whining people))))) And once again, thank you so much for your hospitality!!!
