Amzing location, amazing beach. Beach is wide and no high tides. You always will stay in action - plenty of Maaj people around you, they are in the hotel, beach, but not annoying. The garden in front of the beach - somethibg miracle, you have shadow, you have nature and some privacy.

Excellent location and a very cozy hotel. The hotel is located on the beachfront and has its own beach bar with sun loungers on the seafront side where you can sunbathe or simply relax in the shade of a parasol. Unlike all the other beachfront hotels, the Sipano beach bar area is full of greenery, with many palm trees and other trees and shrubs, creating the feeling of being in a jungle. Another big plus is the authentic wooden furniture instead of plastic chairs and tables like in the surrounding hotels. Most of the staff can communicate in English at a conversational level, and the hotel manager speaks perfect English. In addition, the manager is extremely helpful and assists with organizing anything you might need. For example, we needed a chocolate cake for the next day, and we received a super delicious and beautiful cake at exactly the requested time. If you visit Kiwengwa Beach, you should definitely choose Sipano Beach Lodge. The best value for money!

The location is beautiful, directly on the beach, with a very nice atmosphere. The accommodation is simple but good, and we really enjoyed the breakfast served right at the beach.

Such a freindly little Lodge. Racheal & her Team go over & beyond to help you. Bonus - It has a TV to watch the Football (honestly this is rare in Zanzibar) I will mention about the power here as it is not something i disliked, you have to remember you are on a tiny Island in Africa. It can go out so you will have no Electric. But it doesnt last long.

The staff made sure that my family was comfortable and happy.

Nothing to like. No electricity, no water, no facilities as stated. Small dingy rooms in the back with no view. Nothing like the pictures on booking.com. Worst place we''ve ever been. Many loiterers in and out all the time. Aircons & fans dont work. Very stuffy & overcrowded, suffocating. Only managed to stay 1 night out of 6 as it was too unbearable. Had to look for last minute alternate accommodation!!

Horrible. Pathetic staff the owner should lookinto it. Peter named manager is shameless and horrible.

I liked two employees Godfrey and Baraka, these guys are good to people even when the situation is bad they made it feel better. I also like the beach view. But the rooms are not upto standard they are not nice and not tiled floors are just painted.

Beachfront on Kiwengwa beach and central to the big hotel resorts either side, so lots to do on the beach. Staff were all lovely. food and drink - all very reasonable. Free wifi - which was great when the resort had power.
